I discourage everyone looking to use this service. The "advisors/brokers" are unexperienced, you feel your are dealing with someone on training, every day comes with a new request, some of them costly. They are part of a group of call centers with different names, sometimes I felt dealing with a fraudulent scheme. They don't accept credit cards and you end up paying almost on a cash equivalent transaction. Once you made the payment, seat for a couple of days until they respond to you with the booking/receipt. Was a nightmare dealing with them. The requested a $50 Carfax three days later, which I refused to purchase and at the end the carrier didn't asked for it. I choose them because their price was $75 below at least the next competitor. I regretted to hire them. Think twice if you choose them, "they are the worst", quoting a CROWLY employee that deals with them all the time.
