The one located at Niagara Falls
The one located at Niagara Falls, NY named the Pointe. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy – the beds were full of hair, which was disgusting. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk refused. We then asked for a refund of the $370 we paid, but they also refused. It was already 10 pm, and since no other hotels were available, we had no choice but to drive back home more than 5 hours with our kids. The staff at the front desk were rude and treated us like we were the problem instead of helping. Horrible service and complete lack of professionalism. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away.

Pay the extra for another hotel
The staff was friendly but if we’re being honest the hotel was not what we expected at all. It had a musty smell the whole time we were there. It felt like there was moist air trapped in the room. The beds sheets and blankets felt wet and damp since day one. The carpet also felt damp and was very dirty. We walked in socks or our sandals while in the room. The tub was very loud and creeky. If we stepped right in the center, it would make a weird noise that could be heard in the room. The shower curtain was too short for the shower so the water was spilling onto the floor when we showered. The ceiling right by the vent had a stain like perhaps it was wet or was a leak of some sort. There was also a section on the ceiling that was coming apart. Maybe the tape and float needs to be redone. We could not get one of the shampoo/ conditioner bottles to stay in the holder and fell multiple times. The breakfast was also not the best. The first morning the sausage was not cooked properly. Some were either very over cooked or undercooked. The eggs were very bland and the biscuits were dry. My wife added milk to her coffee and noticed it tasted a little off. She then noticed the milk was expired. The elevator went out twice the last 2 days we were there. Our last morning there, it was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Not an easy task when you have about 5 bags and it’s 4 am. It was very inconvenient. All in all, the only good thing about it was the location. I do believe that we over payed for the stay based on the quality of the room. It was definitely not anything we expected. We stayed 5 days and management thought they would make good on their part by offering us 20,000 points for an account that I will probably never use. Come to find out, 20,000 points will not even cover 1 night in most of their hotels. I really hope they fix this place up. It was our first time in Destin and it really put a damper on our trip.

think again and find another hotel.
my family and i were trying to find the cheapest hotel. we saw all these decent photos online and it’s nothing like it at all. we drove up and we thought we were at the wrong place. this place looked like a literally crime scene. walking to the room you get this huge muggy, musty, sour, stuffy smell walking to this creepy hallway. also with it being under construction the air quality was just terrible, they should’ve just closed the hotel until they finished because it would’ve been better for everyone anyway. the room key looked like it was used and chewed to the bone and then it didint even work! first walk into the room it was “organized” but you can smell and see that things aren’t clean. you CAN NOT walk anywhere without shoes unless you want to get a fungus. the floors felt disgusting and oily even with socks on and then i needed to switch to shoes. i don’t get me started on the beds. we asked for 2 queens and we got 2 fulls instead. my dad is 6’2 and i am 5’7 and my mother was very uncomfortable. after feeling the sheets felt chalky and and i had to sleep on this cardboard feeling mattress and the sheets kept flying off each corner. the sheets had, what it looked like cigarette wholes and it was just disgusting. they also do not refill items or do laundry or clean your room while you stay. it was always the tiniest bathroom i’ve seen. we stayed for 2 nights…..the bathroom items were small as hell so we had to go out and buy our own. we also had to buy towels because there were wholes in towels aswell and smelt weird. there was like tan ish shading that was very visible on the towel and it’s just gross. every towel felt, smelled, and looked weird . and we even asked for “clean” ones and we literally got one that was even more brown. behind the night stand looked horrendous with dust, dead bugs, and every speck of dirt in the world was behind it. i wouldn’t of known anything was back there until i tripped from the zero room space. the bed frames were most definitely on its last legs. the fridge was warm and there was absolutely no coffee. also for the amount of money they are trying to persuade you with, they should atleast have better cable because nobody wants to watch the brady bunch 24/7. the rust on the shower handles were so gross and they left us towels there and it stained the towels so those couldn’t be used. first shower i had to turn on the faucet and once i switched the temperature my hands had rust and smelt like death. the paint was cracking and left white dust in the bathroom. and paint job that my niece could master in seconds. i was triggered by everything i had to wear my shoes in the shower. there are also no hangers for clothes, and that chair in the corner (which was supposed to be a couch from the photo we saw) was for baby bear. just dust everywhere. no screen on the window and the “balcony” that was promised you had to be the size of a pencil to go on it and with no door! i guess they made it easier to make us go through a dirty window! my parents were disappointed and appalled by how nasty the breakfast was. i didint have anything cooked or mind the food choices but i had oatmeal in a styrofoam bowl which started melting obviously. all of these chairs in the “restaurant” and they only provide the same breakfast and ONLY breakfast so good luck on finding other meals. i thinkthis establishment of “comfort” inn’s should just be shut down for how poorly prepared or clean it is and i understand they are trying thier best but we’re in 2025 and we can’t even get a clean room!!! i would’ve just stayed home or slept in the car if i knew this was going to be this bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE
If I could give 0 stars I would. We recently stayed one night at the Comfort Inn in Baltimore, MD on Lombard Street. We were attending the Melanie Martinez concert. We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff. They offered a free continental breakfast from 7-10am. We decided to check it out. I have never seen a worse continental breakfast! First of all, we arrived between 8:30am and 9am and there was barely any food. They had one container of plasticware containing only spoons and the regular coffee was empty. They only had decaf. I watched about 20 people attempt to get a Belgian waffle, myself included, only to find out that the batter was empty. There was only one container. If you had the patience it came out one drip at a time. The syrup was a pump dispenser. There was so little syrup left in the bottle, you had to take the pump off and try to pour it out. There were no attendants anywhere. I walked around looking for someone that worked there but no avail. I went to the checkout desk before we left to comment on the breakfast. I explained what was lacking and how no one was to be found. I suggested that they have a help button installed at the breakfast buffet. Every other continental breakfast at a hotel/motel/inn there is always an attendant watching everything very carefully ready to refill what is needed. Not the Comfort Inn. The young teenage girl barely acknowledged my existence, offered no apology and did not say a word.To make things worse, we had the VIP package for the concert and my daughter lost her Melanie Martinez VIP collectible figurine. She is absolutely distraught! I have been calling and speaking to the same EXTREMELY RUDE woman who just keeps telling me it has not been found and call back tomorrow. The first night she said call back tomorrow because nothing has been brought down yet. The next night, she barely let me get out my question before saying call back tomorrow. 5 minutes ago, I wasn't sure if I got the same woman so I start to explain from the beginning AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called right back and asked for a manager. She told me that she left for the day. I then asked her why she hung up on me. She just said call back tomorrow. Of course there does not seem to be any other number available online except guest services but I am definitely going to make a formal complaint. I have never encountered such a rude staff in my life!
