I plan on not using them again. Their shipping times are ridiculous. It takes 5 days or longer to ship ONE bottle of fragrance oil. I had to write to them to ask when I my order would be shipped. How sad!
Fragrances are hit and miss but biggest issue is with them price gouging shipping costs. They charged me $14 to ship a 1.2 pound package via USPS. Since I ship items for my small business daily, I knew this was way too high and assumed there must've been an error. At the time order was placed, it was after normal business hours so I emailed them and received a response the next day. Instead of owning up to it and/or providing a logical explanation, they blamed it on USPS and economic inflation, and were also quite rude about it. For the record, prior to writing this review, I did recreate an exact duplicate label once the package arrived...just to confirm and ensure I was not falsely accusing them. Actual cost was $6.09. I'd also like to note that I am not disputing the charge. That is not the issue here. I am aware I agreed to it. As I said, I thought it had to have been an error. But since that was not the case and they are clearly price gouging, I will not be placing future orders.
