Buyer beware of NSLA Car Ship. My experience with this auto transport company was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest from start to finish.When I first booked the shipment, NSLA Car Ship quoted me $725 to ship my car and promised the vehicle pickup would happen by Friday. That timing was one of the main reasons I agreed to use them. However, Friday came and went with no pickup and very little communication. After multiple calls and messages trying to get answers, my car was not actually picked up until the following Wednesday.The bigger issue was the pricing. The original $725 car shipping quote suddenly jumped to $1,449 once they said they had “secured a carrier.” I spent hours on the phone going back and forth trying to understand why the price nearly doubled. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch auto transport tactic where the low initial quote is used just to get you to book.Communication was poor throughout the entire process. I had to repeatedly call and follow up just to get updates or any movement on the shipment. Once the auto carrier was finally arranged and the car was picked up, NSLA Car Ship became largely non-responsive, ignoring calls and messages.If you are looking for a reliable car shipping company, this was not my experience. Between the missed pickup date, misleading quote, price increase, and poor communication, the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional.My recommendation: look for a more transparent and trustworthy auto transport broker.

It's important for everyone to know the truth about NSLA, also known as the “Limited Liability Company,” to avoid being deceived by their tactics. Together, we can work to stop them in their tracks. Be cautious of manipulated reviews, as many are written by employees, friends, or relatives. Understanding the truth can protect you from potential harm caused by this company.NSLA's primary goal is to take your money. They often provide lowball price quotes that seem too good to be true for transporting your vehicle to another state. They outbid other transporters, only for you to encounter excuses about the original price when it comes time to pick up your vehicle. Be wary of their promises, such as guaranteed pickup dates. Recognizing these red flags can save you time and headaches.This company is infamous for a practice called “bait-and-switch,” where they intentionally mislead consumers to secure a contract and then try to alter the terms. According to the FTC, this is an illegal deceptive trade practice, and consumers can sue them in small claims court for breach of contract. If the final price on the contract exceeds a “binding estimate” without a valid reason for the change in the scope of work, that is another violation.Let’s work together to stop NSLA from exploiting consumers. Educate yourself before considering doing business with them. We are sharing this information because we are victims of this company and are currently filing a lawsuit against it. God bless you all. If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would ! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I booked with them on a MONDAY for a FRIDAY pick up. I was quoted 1 price during booking on MONDAY. & was told this was all that would be charged I asked SEVERAL times. they guarantee the price was the price. FRIDAY comes and they tell me the price is now 650$ which was an almost a 400$ difference from the price that was originally quoted. So they tried to negotiate the price and ultimately did not find a driver to come and retrieve my car for transport. When speaking with the agent I was blamed me for not accepting the offer earlier when they had a driver. But I wasnt expecting a price change of almost $400 the day of. I found this to be very unprofessional and this company to be unreliable. The agent also said the final price comes from the drivers side , but shouldn’t you be speaking with drivers BEFORE giving out a false price just to get someone to book with the company. This is by far the worst situation for me , because unless you have money lying around (I don’t so I but aside a budget for this and even an extra $100 just in case there were extra fees they didn’t shout about) but a $400 jump is insane and unfair to say the least. Also if they know they are limited with drivers on a certain day why not request that I choose another day that works best for your drivers. Just all around unprofessional
