Good shipping service
I spoke with the gentlemen at Nx and they were kind and amicable. Their price was a little on to the middle to higher than everyone but they've seemed trustworthy for me to go with them. Everything was as offered and as described at first but delivery was early. They said it would be 1 to 4 days to get someone to get me and did it two days later. So that was good. I would have left five stars if it wasn't for the truck driver showing up a day early even though he told me it was the next day. I was expecting him on my day off. I work until my shift is done. I'm a nurse. I called NX and and Antonio made him wait for me. A $50 discount was given as a partial refund for putting on the wrong delivery date. I would still use them again though because they were quick to respond and offer me a satisfactory resolution.

Saved the day
These people saved the day. I had been working with another company which was "highly reviewed" that apparently has outside workers that are beyond clueless. When I spoke with Carl and NX, he instantly was able to see what the problem was, suggested a change to my pick up (I do admit, I was coming from a hard to reach place and not truck friendly) and the very next day they had a truck meet me. As of today I'm already driving around in Sunny FL. Great work. A+ on courtesy, timeliness. Price was fair considering the urgency. Also honored the quote and timeline through and through. Will recommend to anyone.

Poor communication and not reliable
My car was scheduled for two days later than I needed it picked up, but I understand delays and carrier availability could be an issue. But it was not picked up in the window I was given. The contact e-mail for the carrier was blank, the hold times to ask for status were ridiculous (once I waited 12 minutes and once I hung up after 15) and the lack of communication was laughable. I would recommend against NX AT and especially the carrier they assigned me (Jet Fast Auto Transport) to anyone. My car still hasn't been picked up and now I'm across the country.

Third time I use this company
Third time I use this company to buy cars from the Copart auction. The first one was from Ohio and the second was from Indiana. Both coming here to Florida. Each experience was flawless. Most recently I purchased a car from a seller out of state and Carl helped me coordinate so I could pay the seller when the truck was there. This meant I needed to clear communication. No doubt the best around.

Their phone number is not working and email receipts are never sent. Payments also don't go through.I think they went bankrupt.

My experience with Nick and everyone at NX Auto Transport was EXCELLENT!!! It was my first time working with an auto transport company and I am totally impressed. I was given GREAT advice from a knowledgeable person that actually showed interest and compassion about the services that were offered and received. I am VERY pleased... I will definitely use again if needed and I HIGHLY recommend their service... AAA+++

Dodging phone calls for a refund
This has been an absolutely brutal experience. Paid upfront, and the driver mentioned an extra $150 for packing the car. No big deal. The car got delivered before I made it to the new address (moved across country). The driver never said when he delivered the car. I only saw it was there because of an AirTag I put into the glove compartment and the contractor working on my roof mentioning it. The driver parked it in front of a fire hydrant on the street. I called the driver and asked where he put the key. He said he still had it because I did not pay the $150. I sent him payment and he said he would drop off the key. This was a week ago. I called NX, and they claim they cannot get a hold of the driver. I ended up getting an emergency locksmith to come and make a duplicate key, and it's been a test of patience getting NX on the phone since the transport driver essentially disappeared off the face of the Earth.It sounds like I'm relatively lucky in my experience that my car made it at all, but the pattern is there. No communication, no accountability. I'll be happy to update this if I can actually get through to them, but as of now, this has been an absolute disaster. Would give them a zero if I could.

Waste of time and a scam
They were supposed to pickup my vehicle on a Friday. There was never any communication from them work status updates or anything. After calling multiple times they said the car was not being picked up and it would be picked up the next day. On Saturday they completely ghosted me. After multiple attempts to contact them they said the driver was not answering. Complete waste of time and a total scam.

DO NOT USE NX Auto transport
Booked with NX transport 1 month ahead of time. NX was supposed to pick up car but they canceled on me day of. As of yet, they haven't refunded my $250. Rip off!

Better to look elsewhere for your auto transport
I had a confirmed date and price for the transport of a car from Florida to Virginia as of the day before pickup. On the day of pickup, upon calling to get at time, I found out the driver could not be reached by phone. Later that day, I was advised that NX had arranged for another driver to pick up the next day, which did not happen. I called on Monday, and was told the car would not be picked up until Tuesday or Wednesday. At that time, I was told that I would have to pay an extra $120 to the new driver upon delivery, but that because of all the problems of I experienced, they would be crediting my credit card for that amount. The car was delivered on Thursday 5 days late and the driver demanded an extra $250 for a few items I had left in the trunk of the car, which I refused to pay. The last straw is that NX never credited me the $120 that I paid out of pocket and does not answer my inquiries as to why not. Deal with these folks at your peril.

We are trucking company and we booked a load (vehicle) to transport from CA to FL. We picked up the vehicle on 4/12 and delivered it on 4/17. We sent the Invoice and BOL on 4/17. Our agreement was to receive payment in 5 business days. Payment was not received and we started calling the company with no success. Finally after a month of waiting we got a hold of an employee and they sent us half of what is owed. After days without any response from the broker we filed a claim with their bond company. Couple of days later we received the other half of the payment. Do not ever work with this company. They don’t pay their carriers.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience, i booked to transport a work van from CA- VA.Driver never showed up and i had to find other solutions to get it done.They charge everything at front and when i call to get a refund they said it was processed on 4/28 and would take 7-10 days.It’s June 2nd and still has not received the refund. I call 3 times and they tell me the something. I hope they read this and can it done for me.Please avoid these guys. They seem careless but like to take all your money at once and refuse to pay it back.

I had purchased a car over at a guy in California. I was looking for a good transport company to ship it over to me in Atlanta. I looked around and found NX. They seem to have a pretty good website, feedback from others, and Nick was very kind and clear as well as transparent about the whole process. Once I signed the contract, I received a call a day later saying the carrier was scheduled to pick up the next morning. The driver showed up. His name was Demetrious. He was hired by NX to move the vehicle. He did his inspection and took the car safely to Atlanta. He arrived four days later which is a day faster than expected. I had taken a picture of the odometer and it had not moved at all so I know the car wasn't driven or moved or anything was done to it. I was very paranoid because I've read a lot of weird stories about cars being driven and things like that. Excellent service, I cannot say it could have gotten any better unless it was airlifted over because it was very fast and very efficient. I am very happy to have found an NX and would recommend them to anyone.

HORRIFIC experience
Booked a reservation a month in advance. Bottom line, I got screwed big time when my driver didn't show or even call knowing I had to catch a flight leaving the area permanently creating a huge crisis in my life. I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I EVER use a broker to transport my car.

This company will tell you what you…
This company will tell you what you want to hear, but when it comes down to reality it's an entirely different amount than what they give you. It's not like a few hundred dollar difference we are talking about a $2500 difference, then don't communicate that with you until they are at your door picking up your vehicles. I have an email for a credit for the deposit cause that's what they said they can do for our company. The credit was for $420 and that was back on 11/4/24. We have yet to see this credit and the vehicles have already been delivered. Had I known they lied about the credit I would have deducted that deposit amount from the total cost NX Auto gave me. Be careful and make sure they give the exact amount cause they will change it without telling you.

This is a well run business
I have shipped with these folks three time in the last two months now from one short shipment (100 mi) to two long shipments (667 mi). They're exceptionally friendly, helpful, and their carriers really try to help get your vehicle loaded and delivered on your desired timeline! Their shipping prices are excellent. Their carriers are very friendly. I've scheduled from very short notice to just less than a week with no problems in each instance.
