LISTEN!!! THIS COMPANY IS EITHER A LOW LEVEL THEFT OPERSTION OR AN INSTITUTION OF COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE AND UNACCOUNTABILITY
Where can i start from? First off this storage stinks so bad, its unfortunate how comfortable you get with the smell and now your cloths smell like dust mixed with saliva. THE MAIN THING ABOUT THIS GUY: They have a lot of ideal workers, who seem to only be there to take the next customers item. I had brought some groceries to the storage like chio and biscuit to save my money from buying premium food. Before I left I grabbed one pack of pringles, jiuce and a pack of cheese snackers.NOW, BEFORE I LEFT THE STORAGE THAT DAY!!!!!!!!,, I CHECKED THE BAG WITH THE3 FOOD TO SEE IF I STILL NEED TO GET SOMETHING ELSE WHEN I COME IN THE FOLLOWING DAY.BUT YOU KNOW WHAT???? I Confidently predicted that what I have in my baf at the moment would be enough food to last me for about a day and a half, so i was extremely excited at the idea of not spending money.Only for me to come next day and only find 1 pringle??? 1 out of 3 and none of the biscuits which i knew was the biggest giveaway because everytime, especially hard times like this, before i finish a cheddar cheese biscuit i always try to save a little for later when i get the craving again, instead of buying a new one all the time. So to my surprise none of the packs were in my box and even worse the supervisor didn't seem to worried about it, almost as if he was the ring leader in this whole thing or he has seen enough theft to not care anymore but all the casually told me was that since it was locked there is nothing there can do and also skipping out the part that the "lock" i got was from them. Well, without any consultation or overall engagement or concern, this very disturbing supervisor asked me to get an extra padlock next time. NEXT TIME??? You want me to buy more security for the security you guaranteed would be there but is not.Im so madd, i know its only food but that's the main reason i never kept my laptop there and took it with me on all my homeless journeys. I won't rest, or forget this till they are held accountable for this nonsense.OH LAST THING!How can we make our smelly unprofessional location eve more messed up?? well how about we put this incompetent location in the middle of nowhere, no bus or train so when you need to visit, you gotta remember the miserable endurance walk from the train to this godforsaken site.
