Looks sleek and well-made
Looks sleek and well-made, and it instantly elevated the space. Comfort is decent, but for the price, I expected a bit more and quicker delivery. Overall, a nice but not perfect experience.

couldn't believe this place sold the exact bedroom set we were looking at for much cheaper and offered free delivery. When we first moved into our original house, my parents bought us a beautiful bedroom set made by Alf Italia. The quality of the furniture was incredible and offered a nice modern touch. Unfortunately, the only place we knew that offered this brand of furniture was at a Chinese furniture shop in Brooklyn. Fast forward to present, we are looking to upgrade to a king size bedroom set for our new house. We went back to the furniture store in Brooklyn, but the manager stated we need to order more items to get a price break, as just ordering the headboard and frame would be over $2300+ and we had to pick it up! We initially didn't know what brand our original bedroom set was, but we knew it was from the store in Brooklyn and it was made in Italy. I was able to snap , a couple photos, and identified the brand and model of the bedroom set we liked. A simple Google search revealed Canal Furniture stocked the same bedroom set! Not only was it cheaper, but they offered free shipping! We went with the Versilia with two nightstands, which came out cheaper than if we just ordered the headboard and frame from the store in Brooklyn. Customer service was VERY RESPONSIVE in the chat. Highly recommend buying from this place! Delivery personnel were very careful in moving from their truck to my garage. Will definitely buy from Canal Furniture again!

I got an Alf Italia bedroom set from here online without seeing it in person and everything went very smooth and perfect. It was delivered on time to FL. The delivery guys were courteous and professional. The furniture is high quality and free of any defects. Will definitely order again from here and recommend.

I have been in search of some contemporary pieces for my bedroom for a couple of months now. I came across Canal Furniture and fell in love with their tastefulness and array of choice. I am quite a picky person and I have a hard time finding something I like enough to financially commit to. I found the Oslo Collection by J&M and thought it was absolutely gorgeous! I have had my eyes on it for nearly two months.About two weeks ago, I jumped considering I was moving out in a few weeks and didn't want to have to live out of boxes. I was so excited to finally have a bedroom set that I adored... And I wish that is where my story ended.My order was confirmed, the money was retracted from my account, and I sent over a signed copy of the invoice (per Canal's request). 4-5 days after it had been placed, my entire order got refunded. I called customer service immediately upon receipt and they informed me that my order got refunded because the website had a "24-hour glitch" and the advertised prices were not accurate. According to them, it was "not their fault" and everyone who ordered that day was in the same situation as I was. Which okay, mistakes happen, except for this "glitch" extended well beyond 24 hours and then they lied about it. As I said, I had been watching these items for months, and without a doubt were the prices the exact same a week prior to me actually ordering. To make matters worse, I checked the following Monday and the prices had gone up! Two days after that was when my order was cancelled...Basically, Canal Furniture may not honor the price they agreed to and contracted for! It is extremely frustrating that a mistake on their end screws over the customer, not to mention unprofessional. They should be taking the hit for THEIR mistake, not me. They have been unresponsive to me since, claiming the only thing they can do is honor the discount code that I used with my order. Because of this, I am left living out of boxes !!!! Truly so disappointing for a store I had such high hopes for.

Both of my encounters were quite positive. Excellent delivery service with an educated and professional assembly worker that had it put together, correctly, while also cleaning up the shipping items. Their prices are consistently low. The deliveries have arrived on time.

We have purchased Alf brand furniture…
We have purchased Alf brand furniture on two occasions, six years apart from Canal Furniture. Both experiences were nothing but positive. Outstanding delivery service with a knowledgeable and experienced assembly person who truly had it together, correctly, all while cleaning up the shipping materials. The gentleman I dealt with by phone was courteous and answered all questions returning calls immediately and tracking everything. I would highly recommend their service .

These people contract out to the worst…
These people contract out to the worst delivery service. The delivery company will contact you after 2-3 weeks. Then they will state that your delivery is due to arrive next week. When the time comes, they will have some excuse and it will be delayed another week. Soon it becomes 2 weeks (truck broke down). More than a month past, the furniture company will say they will reach out to their private delivery service but never get back with you.

Nice furniture
Nice furniture, good prices and great delivery. I purchased a nice leather sofa on my second visit. My only complaint is the first time I went to look at sofas, the sales person did not seem to take me seriously.

I bought a $2500 bedroom set from Canal furniture online - I live in Texas. It was very risky, but I took a chance and I am very happy I did! The staff was super courteous and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions and they quickly arranged the shipment of my order. My beautiful Italian bedroom arrived 2 weeks later in great condition! I am very happy with Canal furniture and will buy from them again without hesitation.

This is the 2nd time I purchased from Canal Furniture and I would definitely buy from them again. Their prices were better than most competitors and the service was excellent. Finding exactly what you want, at a great price, and having it delivered promptly & at my convenience is my recipe for 5 out of 5 stars.
