Beware the discounted / sale set
We ordered a discounted / sale set, fully expecting a few minor flaws. When we began to unwrap the set, we could see that there was a divot in one edge and that some of the sections did not appear to fit snugly together. The response after reporting this to Oceanic: “… the faults themselves are only cosmetic and can range from a small dent or slight crack to discoloration…Any defects can be solved with either a good clean and possibly a lightsanding. They are not returns or damages, they are items we put to one side when they do not meet our usual standard. We sell these items at a discount due to them most likely requiring some amount of work to have them looking perfect.”After complete assembly, we reported the following issues:1. Shockingly sloppy millwork all over the main surface2. A divot – small piece of woof missing3. A few scratches4. The edges do not always align when sections are pushed together as designed. The owner responded: “You have a beautiful set of furniture that you will enjoy for many, many years at a fantastic price.” And we responded to him: “you managed to unload a clearly damaged item and still make a grand - a very good deal indeed for you. Had you been more honest/forthcoming, we would have looked elsewhere.”

120 Teak Table dining set at great value
We were searching for extendable teak tables and found Oceanic Teak Furniture online, they had exactly what we were looking for, unfortunately I waited too long to order the tables and they were no longer available, only the whole dinning sets. We ended up ordering 2 sets the the 120 extendable tables which included 20 chairs and thick seat cushions. I was a bit nervous ordering sight unseen the price seemed unbelievable good, but for 2 sets it still was a lot of money for us. We went ahead and placed our order and our 2 dining sets arrived well packaged, and on time. The tables are beautiful sturdy, well made and exactly how described on the website. Extensions of each table work very smooth and are easy to extend. The chairs are easy to assemble and are sturdy and well made. We already got many compliments on our new 2 teak dining sets. Highly recommend Oceanic Teak Furniture

This is an update to my first review: The furniture arrived as promised on time and was overall good quality and in good condition. However, half of the nuts and washers were missing, so I could not put the table together. I emailed them about it, they apologized for it being missing, and said they would expeditiously send me the rest of the nuts and washers. Though it took them time to resolve the issue they eventually did resolve it and send me the right amount of nuts and washers. I had since stained the table and chairs with a natural stain that I recommend as it is food grad safe "XTREME GARDEN BOX SEALER" which seals the wood. It came out beautiful. I changed my score to 4 because the overall result was good and the product was sent on time, so overlooking the minor aggravation, this company does a good job.

Excellent quality and great experience
Taking a chance with an online purchase and having never ordered from Oceanic Teak before, we have taken delivery of two steamer loungers with a table and cushions. To say we are impressed is an understatement, the quality of wood/hardware and fit and finish is exceptional. Shipping was uneventful with consistent tracking information, so overall, it's been a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended...

Flammable fabric
I bought the sofa set (2023) and liked it enough to buy the dining set (2024) also. After the 2024 season, we found a few burnt holes in the cushion covers from embers from the fire pit. The distance would be a standard distance. I called Oceanic Teak to see if it sells replacement cushions. The answer is NO but we could buy new cushions at $150 a piece. Customer Service also replied that the company offers a guarantee for its products but not for cushions. I asked if I could buy the fabric, the answer was again NO. Buyers should be aware that the fabric is flammable.

Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased several pieces of outdoor teak furniture in February 2018. Last month, the rubber wheels on our teak loungers began to deteriorate and we no longer working properly. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered to replace all the wheels at no charge which I found exceptional since it was 6 years since my original purchase. Great company that stands behind fantastic furniture quality. Can't recommend enough!

Teak coffee table
I asked for a ‘window’ of delivery dates into the future. They sent me a most pleasant personal email confirming the date I’d requested and it duly arrived on that day. The product is excellent and beautifully finished. The instructions for assembly were very clear and it took minimal time to fit it together. The item was excellent value for money.A very good company to deal with and I fully recommend them.

Great value for quality product
Purchased beautiful eight person dining set and five person conversational seating arrangement. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase, the quality appears very nice and shipping was as described. We are hoping this set holds up well and we are able to enjoy for years to come.

Great quality furniture
My order was slightly delayed but when I contacted Oceanic they were very helpful and kept me updated. The teak furniture was worth the wait and very good quality. The wood smells lovely. The prices were really good compared to other teak furniture I looked at. I’m really pleased with my round table and 4 chairs plus a 3 seater bench. Items were well packaged and the carriers who delivered kept me updated and were helpful. I would be happy to order from them again. Good service. Thank you.

Poor Service!
I bought a 5 piece dining set from them but was disappointed when it arrived by trucking company. One chair was damaged and the tank surface was defective. They promised to replace these items but after 2 weeks the are not answering my emails! Be careful buying furniture over the internet! Since submitting this review they have informed me that replacements have been shipped- great! Thank you! I just wish they had responded to my emails asking for progress on my complaint.

Great experience but splinter
Delivery was good. Everything included and nothing broken. My issue is the table I bought in 2021 is getting a nasty splinter and I do maintain itI find the chairs comfortable.

Excellent quality
I just received a 10-piece dining set, and the quality of the furniture was excellent. The table and chairs are very solid and sturdy and seem to be very well built. The quality of the teak looks excellent as well. The dining set shipped out when they said it would and was delivered in 2 days. The furniture was wrapped very well and had no issues at all.I highly recommend Oceanic Teak Furniture.

Amazing Quality

Beautiful furniture and prompt attention to any issues
Excellent service and quality furniture. We researched furniture for a while prior to purchasing. Set delivered when expected one issue when set arrived and a replacement was shipped no questions. A year later we had a quality issue that was addressed immediately by the staff and a new part sent. Highly recommend this company and their furniture.
