OFFICE TREE has a tremendous amount of professional poise, patients and the ability to serve and tend to the needs of small business owners with timetables, deadlines, and goals that don't fit into the 9-5 world, they were amazing!some of the areas they impacted our team was:- support outside of business hours several times- patience from basic help desk, to data mapping and integration on the same ticket and call- Extremely proficient and knowledgable IT support - awesome user interface and this is integratabtle with all our clients apps and plug ins!If you need phones, and CRMs with brand and POP, Office tree is where I will be sending my users!Richard - Project Manager

Office tree has AMAZING customer…
Office tree has AMAZING customer service, coming from someone who has worked in CS over 10 years and is starting her own heartfelt LLC. This was a great experience as I had so much trouble with setting everything up, that they credited me AND walked me through the process. The customer service rep almost had me on a first name basis and I got the same rep every time we dealt with my issue and I could tell that that was on purpose. That’s dedication.

Needed a Local Number for My Business
I have been using Officetree for my business answering service for a few years and it works great. I have 3 extensions that transfer to my cell. Whenever I have I have a technical issue, customer service responds within minutes. Great company to work with. Prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Learn from our costly mistake
They didn't like how we configured our backend even through it was within their systems abilities so they shut our system off and didn't tell us so we missed many calls to our business before we found out. Then we filed a complaint with the BBB asking for a partial refund. They then disabled our service again because we filed a BBB compliant. Our service has now been shut off for a month yet they are still billing us.

We love our virtual phone system
We love our virtual phone system and will be adding new departments. The call routing makes it super simple and support is available to help set everything up.It is super easy to operate and the customer service is excellent. Oscar went the extra mile to expedite and help us when we merged with another company. The best thing about this service is that an actual person will contact you on the phone instead of endless emails or tech pages. The price and features are the best you will find as we reviewed all the others. We highly recommend Officetree.
