I ordered a blanket for a birthday present, when I received it and she opened it, it had some discoloration, I called, OHa not only refunded my money but, sent me another blanket for my sister. I emailed Ellie, and she was friendly,helpful and apologetic to my issue. It was a pleasure, I will continue to buy from Ohaprints. Thank you Ellie for your time and great personality.
This company was amazing!!!! We were desperate to get some blankets done for our wrestlers. The original company flaked out on us- and every other company needed a week to design them. This company sent me the design the same day- they were sent in time. We loved them- they were perfect.
