DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Ordered a scent that I had purchased in the past before the company changed hands. The new owners changed the scent and now no loner smells anything like the original, smells like baby oil with a small hint of some kind of scent that diusapeairs within minutes. Customer Service email was rejected by their server. No way to get my $150 I spend back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Fool me once. I was stupid enough to be fooled again. I was burned in 2024, However I see that they are under management, so I thought I would try again. Placed another order over a month ago. They took my money right away. Order says shipped/complete, but tracking only shows that a label created. It has been a month and nothing has been received . No response to any of my inquiries. Take the advice of all the other prior bad posts and my stupidity, DO NOT ORDER anything from Oilworks. New Management same as the old Management . It's a SCAM.
Ordered 2 diffusers and scents from a hotel I saw. I thought this was the same company they got them. One month later I still have nothing. I reported them to my bank and the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE EITHER SCAM ARTISTS OR DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. Why sell stuff and not anwser your phone or keep customers in the loop if they haven't recieved a product in a month? ridiculous. Worst online experience I have ever had.
We placed and paid for two orders weeks ago, over 2000 USD. Unfortunately, we haven't received any further news from an order confirmation. Our numerous emails have yet to be answered, and telephone calls remain unanswered, indicating that it is impossible to take them. It all looks like a well-laid-out scam. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company.
Place a diffuser and oil order on Oct. 21st & it's now Nov 9th. All I've gotten is an email confirming the order & been charged nearly $300! I've gotten no tracking numberI've called half-dozen times & everytime "the person you need to speak to is not available" but I'm assured they will call me back but they haven't.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Ordered two diffusers a month ago and received no product. Did receive the oil I ordered. Called and emailed repeatedly and no response. Fortunately used American Express I will ask them to refund.
Ordered a diffuser 7 July 2023, on 13 July I inquire on the status of my order, told 15 business days to ship, It says that no where on web site that I found. They sent a USPS tracking number that isn't working not traceable. Very poor communication. I only found two other reviews of Oilworks.co and they had the same experiences. Do not recommend this company. I never received the diffuser. Absolutely no response or follow up. It's a scam.
This company has the worst customer service. I still dont have the product and its been three weeks since I ordered it. Dont bother with this company.
I needed a fogger to use with hypochlorous acid for a small medical office. I corresponded with this company, who assured me that their devices were suitable for this use. After the device clogged after fewer than 10 uses, we contacted the company and were told that hypochlorous acid was too corrosive to be used with their foggers. We shipped the unit back for repair. We were sent what appears to be a replacement unit. After several uses, the on-off switch broke. I asked for a refund but was told that our only option was for repair of this $550 device. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.
The company is a scam. No tracking number issued for merchandise when a statement said we would receive the merchandise today. They have no customer reviews, only clip art stars on the website. I would not recommend doing business with this Florida based company, for you will never receive your merchandise and they create fake information. You cannot speak to anyone and you can only leave a voicemail. They have taken advantage of customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Similar to pandemic scam artists like RemarkGreen, oilworks.co also takes your money, creates fake tracking numbers, and do not deliver purchased merchandise. Again, the company is not reputable; use extreme caution.
