John is one of those rare and gifted coaches whose skill at extracting 30+ years of work experience out of your memory holding tank is a work of art. John has a very tried and true process, provides you with a catalog of tools and walks you thru every one of them. He's also your best cheerleader and your best reality check; he's wired into the latest technology companies are using to review resumes and understands the formatting protocol to get yours through the process. I'll have no qualms calling John once a year for a resume checkup - but he also taught me to keep it up to date.....
