Place order November 3, Here we are December 15,2025 NOTHING! I oder from you guys twice before NO PROBLEM. What's going on. I call no one answer/ no tracking number/ no email.

Placed order 11/11/2025. Have never received merchandise. They won't answer emails and phone calls are never returned. Finally had to contact my financial institution to get mt money back.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Been almost a month and no order update. Tried emailing them multiple times and call the phone number which gets forwarded to voicemail. Now I can't even access the website to check the status. So unprofessional!

do not order from this website, very sketchy. they don’t respond to emails and forwards all calls to voicemail. order randomly cancelled and money has not been refunded, placed a second order and the same thing is happening again. both times i never received an order confirmation email as well. terrible company.

FINALLY
I placed an order on June 9,2025 and I finally received my order on 9/21/2025, this is after requesting a refund, making a complaint with BBB. No response from the seller except one time when they told me the order was shipped and I looked it stated "processing" and they were waiting for a tracking number. To tell you the truth after waiting so long I gave up on receiving the wig. It finally came. TERRIBLE

I placed an order June 30th 2025 I have still waiting on my product I have yet to receive I've emailed the company three times I've got response once telling me that the company is holding my products that should have been shipped out a long time ago I asked him to refund my money and I have yet to wait for it this is not a good company to order from because they don't reply back in a timely manner and they don't send their products out like they should

Hello I placed a order on June 11 its July 7 still no product or shipping info. They keep saying it will be shipped this week. They are a SCAM THEY ARE IN FLORIDA IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO GET PRODUCT. I WILL BE WRITING THE BBB.

Stay away! Save your Money!
First of all I placed my order on May 17th and it is now May 28 and I still have not received my order or has it been shipped. Reached out to them last week and they told me it will be mailed out this week. Couldnt give me a day or anything. Fast forward to today still nothing has been shipped. I advise you to stay away!

I don’t even want to give one star! This website is a scam! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from onebeautyworld. I ordered a wig from them on March 19, 2025. A week or so later I received an email from a representative named “Blake” stating that that unit was discontinued and not available. I was told I could choose a different wig, which I did. I waited and waited, but never received a tracking number. I finally contacted “ Blake” and told him I hadn’t received a tracking number, and that the wig I was told is discontinued, is STILL listed on the website. He said that the wig I chose as a substitute would ship that day, and that he instructed the “team” to remove that wig from the website that he told me was discontinued. Today is 04/05/2025. That wig is STILL listed on the website, my order still says PROCESSING, and I still don’t even have a tracking number. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! ONEBEAUTYWORLD IS SCAMMING AND RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. I am demanding my money back now, and I told “Blake” he and Onebeautyworld should be ashamed of themselves, and that I am calling my bank, and reporting them to the bbb. BEWARE!!!!

This place is a scam. They kept sending me the same message that my item would ship, and it never did. They were dumb enough to send me a message saying my package would ship on Feb. 18th when it was Mar. 12th. Beware!

ONE Star only to get and make my point about the place. Horrible customer service. Posted item they don’t carry, took 3-weeks for them yo say wasn’t in stock and another 2-weeks to refund after I threatened with contacting my bank. Then Customer Service sent me a snobby email about I Need to LOVE MYSELF. They are a joke and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HASSLE.

Beware of One Beauty World!!!!
I placed an order with One World Beauty on December 13th for three wigs in different colors, totaling $111.00 This was my first experience with the company and my absolute last.. and it has been an complete nightmare.....After placing the order, I waited three business days without receiving any tracking information—only the order confirmation. I contacted their customer service within five days and was assured by a representative that I would receive my order and tracking details within three days. Neither arrived.On December 18th, I followed up via email, asking for updates. I received a vague response saying I would have my package within five days. Again, nothing arrived. By December 24th, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I still had no tracking number or package. At this point, I was told that I would receive my order by January 6th because they are a third-party processor and had to wait for products from their supplier.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies on the same day and received my packages within five business days. This company, however, seems unorganized and unreliable.Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this company. If I don’t receive my package by January 6th as promised, I will be filing a claim with my bank and taking further action. A truly disappointing experience!"

This is what excellent customer service looks like
I placed an order with this company for the 1st time in December 2024. Unfortunately the items I wanted were not in stock so there was going to be a delay that was longer than I could wait. I called the number that is listed on the website and spoke with Blake Flowers. Blake was not only very friendly and professional but he was also very helpful. I explained to Blake that I did not want to wait for the order and requested a refund and he canceled my order and refund my money. He didn't give me the run around at all and I am very thankful. Here's what impressed me the most, the company has a phone number that actually leads to a real person and not a voice mail, I called with questions on 3 separate occasions and each time Blake answered the phone and was always friendly, helpful and helped me resolve my issue. I am a satisfied customer and will do business with this company again.
