I received my order and instantly knew…
I received my order and instantly knew I was scammed. The bundles were not the same hair advertised. The lengths were shorter, the hair smelled, it was shedding, thin and dry. I asked for a refund they only sent me $48of the $145.19 I paid stating I used the hair. I been going back and forth with them for weeks and the only thing they can say is “yes dear I will look into it”.

The one pc I received was the correct color, I wore it twice, it did shed hair and the third time I went to use it the whole thing fell apart. The other wigs that were sent to me were all the wrong color and quanity. at least six or seven of the same color same length same wig, not one that we ordered was correct. The style was correct, but not the color. Shown in the picture the dark brown that is the color. Then another three arrived of the same that I have to ship back. I don’t have that kind of money to be sending wigs back from errors that you have made or from a poor quality of the product that you have sent I would like to have some type of resolution to this issue a financial resolution if it all possible so that I can pay my bills and I don’t wanna have to pay for something that I’m not using and was incorrect.I already sent three back, one I can’t send back cause I don’t have the packaging and then I just received another three that have to be sent back. We have to pay for postage and it’s getting very expensive for the mistakes and errors that the company made. . I do not recommend this company either. Their refund guaranteed policy is something they don’t live by. Very very upsetting Christmas for my family since they were expecting to get these gifts. The blonde wig that we ordered for my mother never even arrived. The blonde hairpiece that we received was the wrong color. It was too dark. The only thing that was the correct color was mine and it fell apart in about two or three pieces Plus shed a whole lot of hair. I’ve had to send everything back and I hope they give me my full refund because a lot of money was spent that I was charged for. I ordered one blond wig that was never received and probably would’ve been the wrong color anyway, two hair pieces one blonde one dark. Again the blonde was too dark not what we ordered and the dark matched perfectly but it fell apart after the third time. Six or seven of the same style wig was sent to me that I never ever ordered. I should’ve gotten a total of two hair pieces and two wigs in the color that we chose. I’m an elder senior that don’t have money like that just to throw out the window. I sincerely hope that this company’s guarantee and restitution will be warranted, I guess right now my next step will be to go see my attorney.

The hair is amazing! My length is weirdly off! Disappointed! I’d say maybe try a 20inch not a 16inch like I purchased.

The biggest SCAM ever!!
The biggest SCAM ever!!! They told me to delete review because I left review on the thin junk hair! After deleting review they promise me they will give me a refund back! After deleting the review, they block me like I don’t exist! PLEASE do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pocket!! Wast of $158!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HAIR!!The hair I received is worse than the beauty supply!!! It’s nappy, it sheds , and smells like fish even after you wash it!!!! I reached out to customer service they made me delete my review in exchange for a refund, once I deleted the review they blocked me and stopped responding! I will post the messages on google review. AGAIN DO NOT GET SCAMMED !

Wish I can give them a zero. I recently just bought hair from them. I wanted to do a Fulani quick weave. When I received the hair it didn’t look like the perfect curls for my style. So I packaged it back up exactly how it was given gifts and all in the bag. I paid 80 dollars. I returned it expecting no trouble with getting my money back especially from the fact hair was never used. They sent me a picture of sum hair that is not the hair I packaged back to them saying it was used and severally damaged. These people scammed me out of my hard working money. Mind u they didn’t want to give me the full refund in the first place. Texting me when I filed the return about giving me half of my refund and keeping the hair I did not want to do tht

I’ve purchased several units from this…
I’ve purchased several units from this vendor and have always been pleased. So much so, that I’ve referred family & friends because I trusted in its quality that much.This last time was different though, and unfortunately I must alter my rave review. Why? There were bald spots in the lace, where it had been obviously over plucked; which I had to camouflage with mascara, and a style I didn’t want. In addition to the imperfections, the lace was extremely resistant. There was no melting effect at all. It didn’t even respond to Got2B. After cutting off all excess lace, I was finally able to wear with a bit of confidence; while I order & await another unit, from a different vendor of course.

I didnt like the hair
I didnt like the hair. It was thin,shedding alot right out the package and it had a strong smell. I reached out to the company and they tried to convince me to keep it and saying it would cost too much to send back to Chinathen offered me $20 refund like most of these Chinese based hair company do. After giving me the run around for weeks I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then magically they gave me the return address that was in NYC not China. Long story short save your money. Its definitely synthetic blend and they give you a hard time with returns and FYI onemoreofficial hair is the same company using a different name.

They scammed me
They scammed me! They showed my passage delivered but they left it in the lobby of a large building and when I went to retrieve it and it was gone.. I contacted them and they said they would refund me only if I wrote a good review for them.. I wrote the review and they declined my refund request on TikTok shortly after!

This is my third time ordering a unit
This is my third time ordering a unit. The first was great. The second was the wrong length. This time, the third, the wrong length was sent and the wig was very thin. I couldn’t use it. I’ve received no correspondence to my emails reaching out to the company.

Bad hair
The hair felt very synthetic initially but I was excited because the color was perfect after my stylist washed it that’s when everything started going wrong hair was falling out the in on clumps and a bald spot was found.

They don’t want you to return the wig
I’ve been trying to return this wig for weeks now.. everyday they try to persuade me to keep it telling me I can get compensation then even told me they would send me an extra bundle for the wig… tried to offer me $50 then told me if they sent me a bundle it would take a long time to come.. but when I try to return the wig they claim shipping cost would be extremely high & that they won’t receive the wig until 60-90 days. I ordered a hd lace 13x4 34” inch 613 wig and the wig is giving 30 inches, the lace is NOT hd and it’s also a LACE FRONT with limited parting! It’s been shedding like crazy even in the package and I spent over $400!! I am LIVID! Do not order from this company!

Hair smelled like smoke and the color wasn’t what the picture showed it was too dark, asked to return it and they denied me for no reason, didn’t respond to my emails… and I wrote a comment on the site they deleted it… This company is crap.

extremely disappointed
Let’s start with the good- the hair is true to length and had no scent. But that’s it. I have been buying from this company for years & generally it’s been great. However, this last purchase was disappointing. The hair came looking a mess. Reached out to customer service & they weren’t much help. In fact, this was a part of their response “But you had purchased hair from our website many times, you should know, our hair is good quality. You can comb the hair first, make the broken hair off, this way when you wearing it, won't meet a shed again, dear” which was ridiculous to me. So disappointed and will find elsewhere to buy wigs moving forward.
