I bought 2 tickets to a concert and had the "fees" included in the price. I was quoted a price of $89.00 and an extra $7.50 for instant delivery. Upon checking my email, I noticed that I was charged $253.00! I tried chatting with them, but they were closed, so I sent an email which they have not responded to yet. I got the tickets and there is fine print at the bottom that states the following: "*OnlineCityTickets.com does not provide refunds or exchanges for ticket transfers that were not accepted or declined. All sales are final." I was directed to this site directly from the Venue's website, which I now believe was hacked somehow. Total bait and switch! I bought another ticket as I had another guest wanting to join us, but this time went to Ticketmaster and only paid $81.25 including fees. TOTAL RIPOFF!

I purchased tickets for a concert in May 2020 which was canceled. In October of this year I purchased tickets to the Nutcracker (actually for tonight). I did not use the credit number they gave me because there was no place to put it. Called when I got my receipt and was told there was nothing they could do for me. So I lost the entire $865.06.

City Tickets Online are a bunch of crooks! They will not refund your tickets when a concert is cancelled and when the same event is rescheduled, they will not send you the tickets. They will profess to not find the order number or that the same order number is associated with another event that was cancelled. Do not EVER buy tickets from them! Seriously.

horrible company that is basically a scalper. they will charge you 2, 3x the price and do anything possible to stand behind the purchase... go to the BBB site and see the real reviews, not these company pumped up fake ones....no way this is a 4* legit review rating. charged me 676 for 2 tickets that were 282, still waiting to go to concert 2 years later and they are hiding behind postponement verbiage.

I tried to download the tickets to resale.I could not attend the event, so I was forced to re sale my tickets since it is no refund policy, but I could not download the tickets so that I could upload them, to a re sale site. I reported this many, times to seller. Thank God I didnt travel 2 hours to attend the event as the tickets werent there accessible for download. I had purchased the tickets 3 months before, but never thought of checkin it.Since this purchase was made through a third party site, my bank denied the reversal.. Pay pal also denied my claim.*I was still denied my refund. *I did not receive this product. *I will report this to the BBB and the FTC,. I will give horrible reviews on the platforms..This is not right to do this to customers, in bad ethics. I can't believe this. It's the day before the Miranda Lambert concert and we STILL have not received our electronic tickets. This is so ridiculous, would never use this site again. We were told the email was sent to receive the tickets, never received anything. Contact Onlinecitytickets and were told we would be sent the tickets again. 1 day and another 3 hours later, nothing!!!! So mad!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option.Ticket face value is $44 and I was charged $100 per ticket. Plus $65 service fees and $7.50 to print or use e-ticket.So I paid $272.50 for $88 tickets.I expect fees and taxes but this is ridiculous!

not completely disappointed, just didn't know it could take up to the date of the event to receive my tickets. that kind of scares me a little. because I'm really planning this as a surprise for my little boy. so hoping that I get my tickets emailed to me before the date of the event.
