I want my money back immediately. It's reprehensible that you advertise $199 and funnel users through your "check eligibility" process and then force them into another $399 for the services they thought they already paid for. Your FAQ that explicitly states "HOW MUCH DOES ONLINEDIVORCE COST?" SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THE $399 CHARGE. I'm not doing business with you.
No info on spouses that have zero contact. My spouse is on the other side of the country, he has zero contact and I have no way to locate him.
I will give a final review when the divorce is final.
first time using, pretty easy
I have not had an experience at this point. The questions seemed simple.
They are slow to reply on purpose, it seems like they’re dragging my case out in order to get more money. My paperwork is correct and they keep finding problems with it that aren't actually problems, and things that cannot be fixed by me in their portal. I’m stuck in a loop with them. Incredibly frustrating and unnerving given our current political climate- I would like to get this done! Customer service interrupted me constantly and when I finally asked for a manager after several days, he interrupted me to tell me I have an “attitude” and still refused to give me straight answers. Misogynistic and wrong.

So far, process has been pretty easy to move through, but have not even started any forms or documents as of yet.

To upgrade to platinum it should take off the $199 that I already paid so now I'm not upgrading Why did they put this review in my ex's name when I'm the one who bought and started the process? This is a waste of money.
Kept me in a perpetual validation loop where the case never progressed passed 30% done and documents were never shipped. Payed extra to have them sent out and filed. It's been almost a year and I still haven't filed I keep getting emails to add an address or check my answers. Downloaded the docs they helped me fill out and will complete the process myself.
My experience was very simple and simplicity to me is almost priceless.

I reached the part where it said this service would help with filling & getting a signature from the spouse due a fee. The fee is another $399. Way too much after I just paid $200 for just paperwork. Im a bit angry now. Another half effort site waiting to rip you off. Misleading advertising & ridiculous fees just to free myself from someone I haven't lived with in years.
