Had a great experience with Online Stockist. Have ordered cricket goods from them many years ago. The communication was clear and quick. They took care of my requirements for the bat, helmet & shoes. Provided options for me to select. The delivery was to Dublin,Ireland and arrived within 3 days of dispatch, which was very quick. Courier tracking number was provided and working to track the order. All items arrived safe and well packed. Bat, helmet and shoes were exact size ordered and of excellent quality. Bat was hand picked from SS so is a very good piece. It was fully knocked and oiled. Lied about stock and tried a bait and switch
Being a diligent online consumer I checked that what I wanted was in stock before ordering as I understand that online stock levels may not be accurate.Online stockist confirmed that what I wanted was in stock so I ordered immediately and also let them know through our WhatsApp conversation that I had just ordered. A few days pass and my order status hadn't moved and I wasn't too concerned as not everyone can deliver as quickly as Amazon.Then they contact me wanting me to purchase a different product instead. I immediately told them that I don't want this one and would like an immediate refund so I can purchase what I want from someone else as they had my money for almost a week and didn't have my ordered product in stock. They said they would do this, but they did not, so I had to go through the long PayPal process to get a refund. Basically I was without my funds for about three weeks as they didn't want to tell the truth about not having something in stock, so they could try to pull a bait and switch.I'll never be going back to shop with them. If they were honest and responsive I would have gladly shopped there again, but they were neither.

Ordered moonwalkr pads in blue. Got a text via WhatsApp after a week saying out of stock can you have black. To which I had no option as they hadn’t provided eta on when they will be back…. So I went with black. Went onto website that afternoon and few days later to see if blue ones are still available to my surprise they still were order-able …. Not great as other may who have ordered probably got same text……

He is basically lying to you about bats. He also give you the maximum price. Very bad customer service. Sends the ping test with a different newer ball to make a bat seem better. He's scamming you.

Premium quality bats
I have been purchasing cricket gears bat/gloves/pads/clothing from online stockist for more than 6 years now. The quality is premium for very reasonable price compared to UK market prices. My son plays for Northats Academy and he only prefers bats from OnlineStockist. They are specialised in fulfilling custom orders based on weight and balance prefered by the player. Although its shipped from India the delivery times is 5 to 6 working days in most of the cases. I would highly recommend OnlineStockist. After reading all the reviews i was not too sure to place the order and will it be delivered on time or wilk the transaction be secure , but i still placed the order for 5 of my team players , response time was good i was give updates at all the stages from payment to shipment - items arrived fairly quick keeping in mind it was comming from india … i was surprised how quick the delivery was , items were packaged nicely and nothing was damaged , alk the team members were glad to recieve their new kits n helmets , some changes to order were made after payment and their tesm was kind enough to make those changes at no extra cost to me ! Will highly recommend and will be placing another order very sooon for the remaining players of my team
