I purchased a Turntable, and they came back a week later telling me it came in but they refused to ship it until I pay an additional $100. They never even tried to apologize for their mistake or even say sorry for misleading me on the price. They simply refused to ship it until I paid an additional $100, and have informed me that this is my problem some how. Insane
I placed an order via the company's website, where all parts were shown as in stock. I received a shipment which was one item short, and then another shipment a week later with the final part. The company did not provide any notification that one item was backordered and charges an additional $4 fee when there is a second shipment. Company needs to notify the customer when their website stock level does not match reality and let the customer decide what to do (as is the case with every other company I've dealt with). When this was pointed out, company blamed the customer and refused to correct the additional charge.
