Poor Quality 360 Wig – Refusal to Refund Unless Reviews Are DeletedI purchased a 360 wig from OQ just two weeks ago, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable. From almost the first use, the hair has been excessively shedding, tangling, and knotting, even when gently combed with the correct wig comb and when moisturised with water.Large, thick bundles of hair come out simply from combing. The shedding is so bad that the hair comes away from the 360 cap itself, which speaks volumes about how poorly this wig is made. After only two weeks, there is already very little hair left. This is not normal wear and tear — it is clearly defective, poor-quality hair.What makes this worse is the company’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, OQ blamed me as the customer and even had the audacity to say they would only issue a refund if I delete my honest negative reviews first. That is completely unacceptable and unethical. Customers should not be pressured into removing genuine feedback just to get their money back.This wig does not match how it is advertised on social media. The product is all hype and no quality. Once they take your money, they do not care. Customer service is poor, dismissive, and unprofessional, and they are clearly more interested in protecting their image than providing decent products or fair resolutions.I will now be pursuing a dispute through PayPal because I refuse to pay for a product that is not fit for purpose.⚠️ I would strongly advise others NOT to spend their money with OQ, especially if you are looking for a decent-quality wig. Save your money and shop elsewhere — this company does not value customers, only profit.

I ordered a wig on 2/19/26, it's been a week and they still haven't shipped my wig. I emailed them to find out what the delay is and they said 32" body wave is in high demand. That's not my problem, don't have it available on the website if it's not in stock. Now I'm trying to get my order cancelled and crickets. They only updated me about my order because I reached out to them.

I ordered my Burmese curly wig at the beginning of the month…. Communication is horrible almost 3 weeks into this. I still have not received my wig. They gave me a tracking number that doesn’t even exist on the site that I’m trying to track it on… I can post the emails between me and the company. They are so full of BS. Save your money and run.

Came fast. Was just like described. So far the hair feels great, holds a good curl and lace melts perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is the new clear draws strings in the back. They always end up hanging out and the comb placement is weird. But other than that no complaints! Give it try!

Upon arrival, the length appears closer to 16 inches, but my primary concern is the quality.After just one use, the hair at the back tangled severely. Despite your claim that this is 'normal,' I am an experienced curly hair wearer and have never encountered this level of matting with high-quality human hair. Furthermore, the amount of shedding during detangling is excessive and unacceptable. I will be performing a burn test to verify if this is truly 100% human hair. I plan to document these quality issues on TikTok to share my experience with the community unless this is resolved.

28 inch Loose Deep
I purchased the 28 inch loose deep first I thought it was shorter because the curls were tight until I brushed them out so it was definitely true to length! The hair is 100 percent human I also tested that out. My only thing was I thought it should be a little more fuller other than that I will definitely purchase again!!! It also took heat well very minimal shedding. 10/10 I would recommend

Love this unit so much. It arrived in perfect condition. The little curls on the end are a cute touch. The hair is full and after wearing it for a few weeks, I’ve had very little shedding. Had to shampoo it sooner than I normally would because of cigar smoke. She looks even better!!! Beautiful curl pattern all over. Definitely a must buy!!!!
