Did not complete any of the projects we paid for. Web site design was full of flaws to the extent that Google delisted our web site even after we paid Orbit to handle getting our site listed. They do not return our phone calls nor our countless emails begging for help!.

Don't hire the company. They never deliver what they promise. All name are fakes. The good reviews are written by their family and friends. There is a bunch of unsatisfied customers. I'm considering legal actions against both Orbit design and Robust design.

Hiring this company was the worst decision we made. My husband and are are not techy people but wanted to start an e-commerce business. Telling them we were based out Canada we asked if this was something they could do, they said they had done Canadian companies and there wouldn't be a problem. They even threw out a couple companies that are the same type of business we were trying to start saying they designed them, so we thought we would be in good hands...WRONG! Long story very shortThey literally soaked us for 8 thousand dollars ( Canadian) and we were left with a website that was unactive with a ton of glitches in it. We finally pulled the plug on them and hired a company close to home.

I wish I could leave -1 rating, but this system will not let me.... I started to build my website back in May of 2022 every time i got someone on the phone they are tried to sell me on more items we are small business. #1 $999.00 website #2 SEO for 6 month and google my business $2266.92 they never set or sent me info on this we had to set up google my business page ourselves.#3 $1290.00 web site development - spelling errors and no training and website is now my website is down I year later and they are telling me it because is shared server or something !!!! I have to pay more money.. for Maintenace this always BATE AND SWITCH. they are always trying to get more money out of me. I never talked to the same person more than once. no one ever follow up with me I would never use their services again. at this point i dont care if my website come up We use face book and Instagram to attract customer.
UNPORFESSIONAL TEAM. UNPRORFESSIONAL WORK. THEY SENT THE WEBSITE LIVE WITH INCOMPLETE DESIGN. THEY REFUSE TO FINSH THE WORK. THE SITE IS 2 MONTHS OLD AND FULL OF GLITCHES. THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM UNLESS I SIGN UP FOR MARKETING. THE AGREEMENT WE SIGNED HAS 3 YEARS OF FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THEY EXTORT MONEY. THIEVES!!! THEY USE FAKE NAMES TOO. THEIR REAL NAMES ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY GIVE TO CUSTOMERS! DO NOT USE THEM!
AVOID these people at all costs. The team at Orbit Design Agency is incompetent, unprofessional, and downright criminal in their business practices. They will not meet any of your deadlines, perform any quality work or changes. Some changes took 6 different notifications to even attempt a change. They will nickel and dime your project to death and never meet any of the quality standards they promise.Not only that, but they will take your payment information and pay other third parties using your payment info without telling you. They will even harass you for payments endlessly. If you are thinking about a feature or product they push and harass to get the piece added and for the payment. Even on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.If you actually try and complain about the quality, they will just harass you with phone calls and empty promises to fix the website or issues. Their coding and follow-through is abysmal. Even entry-level college students could provide better coding. There is little communication about issues they may have or that have happened with your project. They had a massive security and data breach which installed malware and viruses throughout my website, flagging it by Google, and they never informed me about the breach. To this day, I am still trying to resolve this issue and correct the flagging on Google. When this was brought up with my project manager Sam Jones, I was assured this would be fixed. As mentioned, not once did they mention the security breach.If you do decide to hold them accountable or recover any of your money, they will not entertain the thought. They will come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't or use the reason "we are still willing to fix the issue."Half of the reviews they have on review websites or Google are fake or coerced with a promise to fix an issue or a discount. They are also pushed on being written well before the project is done.Every step of the promise creates headache after headache. Save yourself the heartache, trouble, and downright childish work. If you value your time and money, look for another company that is professional, reliable, and delivers on its promises. Orbit Design Agency is not that company.
Sam Jones was our consultant throughout the process. He did an outstanding job with communication and meeting our business needs. I would highly recommend his expertise and our business will continue to use his support as we develop more locations.
Each and every steps of the design of the website, Peter the "project manager" advice and recommendations was fundamental for the design and of the website, great design and keep me posted of all updates. I have future work, I'll be working the Peter in the near future. Five stars to the team.
Midland GemsLousy, lousy experience and they will not stand behind the 100% satisfaction promise. Prepaid for the service and after 6 weeks, absolutely no progress. Requested and was promised repayment, then surprise/surprise they did not refund. Do not recommend this company.

What made my experience good, is the personal touch they provided. They called consistently and communicated with you regarding updates and gathering further information from you. Overall, the experience was great. Everyone was very nice, particularly Joe and Eddie. I would definitely use Orbit again for designing my next website.
