Quality of the sandwiches sadly deteriorating
The quality of the sandwiches has sadly dropped. No longer worth the premium price. I guess the accountants are trying to force up margins. Sad 😔

Stratford Pret A Manger
Pret A Manger Stratford has disgusting customer service, I’m regular customer early morning going at work I stop to buy coffee , and late before going home , also ordering take away. Today evening was a guy to the til I ask him a chai latte oat milk and after I paid I told him I want cinnamon on top and he said I should mention that before , sorry why ???? I need to pay for the cinnamon powder on top of my chai latte ? Or it’s hard to add it after ? He was so rude .. both of them look like they don’t want to be there and they are doing a favour to the customer.

The prices don't justify going to pret. The quality is down, bland, smaller portions, toilets dirty or locked, the employees apathetic. They seem to squeeze every drop out of employees and customers. A big money waster and the club program is a joke. The perks they give if at all due to app crashing or perks missing, is just a half filled package of crisp. Pret have gotten themselves away for a long time with rip offs and false advertising. I am done with that sorry excuse of a chain.

Plenty of Seats - Service could be better
Pret a Manger Ealing Plenty of seats - Service could be better.Pret a manger in Ealing has plenty of seats to buy coffee and sit, chat or just work.Pret need to be mindful of people who don't buy anything and just plug their phones and laptops and how it may effect your business.I don't often eat in pret, as the food is too expensive and I am likely to still be hungry afterwards.Pret has filter coffee for 99p and even cheaper if you use your own cup.Service is a bit like a conveyor belt. Even if the shop is not busy. I don't feel the service is warm and welcoming.For some reason, the toilet code never seems to work for me. So i just go before or after somewhere else.However, good quality coffee for less than £1, in these times is rare and very welcome.

Excellent coffee and amazing cookies!
Amazing coffee (cappuccino) outrageously good cookies. One should try. Kindly, efficient and amazingly good staff. I don't believe so good would exist. Please try you will thank me for this review. The cookies met in one's mouth, I have never eaten such good quality cookies.165-166 London Wall

Unprofessional , rude and unhygienic
I do not know her name, as far as I can describe the culprit, the Chinese looking girl at Clapham Common London is very unprofessional and rude. God know in which background she has grown up. I stopped my membership with Pret, it's not worth. Pret must take responsibility of it's employees.She also did not wash her hands after using chemicals to clean the workspace.

Pret A Manger Dublin Connolly Station
4.65 Euro for a machine made flat white coffee (aside the milk frothed to death). Needless to say a totally captive audience in Rail Station otherwise would not exist in my opinion. Crazy price for horrendous quality coffee and not a barista in sight.
