TERRIBLE customer service
I like the products but their customer service SUCKS. Ordered $150 worth of overpriced hair care. UPS had issues. Told me to reach out to sender. Sender takes forever to reply and is USELESS with assistance. They showed me information I already have access to like that fixes the issue or answered my question. Hello! I can read the tracking info you don’t need to resend it! Lololol. Must be ran by idiots. Do not recommend this company.

Wasted 2 years with this company
Wasted 2 years with this company. The products didn’t work for me at all, I really tried to stick to it. Ended up with cms thick dandruff stuck on my scalp. Used to order from the UK so it wasn’t exactly cheap.

If you are an international customer do not buy from this company. If your shipping is lost they put all the responsibility on you to chase up the item and file a claim yourself. Something the company should do. Never purchasing from them again because 2 months later, I still have no products and no refund. Horrible.

I ordered a hair product and when it got to me I did not notice it was the wrong product. However, when I emailed the company about the situation all I’ve gotten is the response is we will look into a resolution and that shipping is delayed they can’t tell me a date of when I’ll get the right order. It’s crazy to me because it’s now been 7 days but I can’t get a date on when I’ll get the correct order? And I’m a consistent client who orders their products

Best Nontoxic Hair Care Products EVER
Ordered from them multiple times since 2017. Take their hair quiz to find your porosity. Products arrive well packaged in a timely manner. Pleasant natural smell (no artificial perfumes) and they make your hair feel SO soft. I noticed a significant difference in my hair's shine and texture. <3 <3 <3 great nontoxic products that I trust enough to use on my children HIGHLY recommend :)
