Check the T & Cs. There was a long list on their website about trying for free etc, days to return, I thought all the info was covered. They did this on purpose and that's pretty disgusting behaviour, fool me once.Never again.
Based in singapore and ordered the mattresses yesterday 25mar25. The next day delivery was supposed to be today 26-mar-25 12pm - 5pm and i took time off work to receive it at home. But there were no calls or accountability on the delivery team to reschedule or inform the new timing. I am not staying in this flat yet and am waiting without knowing whether the mattress would arrive today, so i am stuck not knowing whether to go home. Called customer service but they only working till 5pm. Live chat agent wasnt able to help and said that only relayed to delivery team to get back to me. And wasnt able to provide my number direct to them. Really sucks big time.
A reliable and reputable company. The prices are customer-friendly and the quality is excellent.
