My experience was fantastic on an Orion Retreat! It was such a luxury to feel so taken care of. Our meals were cooked for us, we were driven to many interesting sites, and our accommodations were lovely! I connected really well with Lauren and the workshop facilitator and it was such a delightful and powerful experience I wish I could do it all over again!
I have been grateful since day one for Lauren's expertise, kindness, creativity, and support. She helped me to put together the 5th retreat I've hosted, and the first in Mount Shasta. Every step of the way she was professional, organized, intuitive, and positive. Spiritual leaders really need grounded energy in their corner, and Lauren did that for me. With her guidance I put together the most spectacular and transformational retreat for my attendees. She patiently helped me find just the right location, just the right chef, and just the right excursions. The gift boxes she crafted from locally-sourced items were so thoughtful and beautiful!It has been an absolute joy to co-create with Lauren every step of the way. I have collaborated on retreats in the past, and also hired others to help me, and Lauren was THE BEST. I am already thinking about the next way to work with her!
I used Orion Retreats to organize my first international retreat. Lauren was amazing to work with. She was professional and listened to what I wanted my clients to experience. She worked with me and gave me plenty of options to choose from. She also paid attention to all the details that needed to be done for my guests as well as all the coordination. And as life happens during the retreat I got injured so we had to move and change things on the fly and she was amazing under pressure and my guests didn’t even notice anything had changed in their schedule because Lauren handled it so beautifully. If you are looking to plan a retreat I highly recommend working with Lauren. And if you are looking to go on a retreat she has plenty of options and I can guarantee you will enjoy your time.
Orion Retreats and all of the people who make up this company have been a pleasure to work with. I see Lauren’s (the owner’s) passion for what she does and the dedication to each client’s success—and find this to be inspiring. I enjoy that she is detail oriented, and working to create an effortlessly flowing experience for retreat leaders and all participants. Though we have not gone on our retreat and are just beginning our work to bring it together, I am happy for the experience of building with someone who is flexible, helpful, and considers all of my tweaks/critiques to create the best experience together. I’ve also enjoyed learning from various team members like Lauren and Marla Bainbridge to fine tune my messaging and materials. It’s not something I could’ve done alone and having this team around me makes my dreams closer than they’ve ever been. 🙂
Lauren was a wonderfully professional retreat coordinator. I was very impressed with all of her attention to the details of the trip. She organized the itinerary of the retreat for each day, allowing us time in between scheduled events to relax and unwind. Her ability to shift gears when presented with unexpected changes or challenges was unprecedented. She was able to work seamlessly with our hosts and various staff and service providers. I highly recommend Orion retreats for your next retreat experience.
Lauren did a wonderful job planning and managing the entire retreat in Tulum 2024. I was thrilled to get to see her thrive in every condition, and was a strategic problem solver throughout it all.For her first international retreat, I was blown away by her professional handling of everyone we came in contact with. I had the most incredible retreat experience, and I highly recommend everyone go on such an adventure! I met lifelong friends, I challenged myself physically with hard things, and I spent much needed time in self-reflection. I truly experienced transformational growth and am already looking to when I can attend my next one! The facilitators were spectacular and insightful and just went above and beyond.
