I purchased two bracelets. When they arrived, they looked to be of really good quality, and the one was, but the other bracelet broke almost immediately. I had provided that review to the company to let them know, understanding that it could have just been a defect in the one band. Without any request, they promptly replied and shipped me a replacement bracelet. Their customer service was truly outstanding. Beyond the product, I would shop here again and tell others based off of my overall experience. This company is worth supporting.
First time ordering. Great quality and packaging of gemstone bracelets. One bracelet was left out in shipping. Immediate attention given and bracelet was sent priority. The genuine gem stone bracelets I have received from Otter Spirit are absolutely beautiful and top quality. You can feel the love in each piece. Also the fact that they care for the otters in Monterey is 😭😭 love this so much!!! I have purchased several bracelets for myself and friends and it’s so special that you receive a little card detailing the gem stones abilities and associations. I checked them out and made a purchase from them.🤔 When I received my package 📦 which arrived quickly. I was very impressed with the packaging 🫶🏼. Super cool brand. I especially loved the sphere gems they are creating. I had many options to choose from. It really helped me to find which gem I wanted to have. I heard that they are expanding their accessories as well. In couple of months there will be ring options. Which I probably will grab one that I resonate with.

The bracelets are lovely and the gem stones are genuine, which is wonderful.
