Confirmed Booking But Hotel Refused It – Very Unreliable ServiceI had a very frustrating experience with OYO.I made a hotel reservation through their platform and received a confirmation message stating that my booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff informed me that they no longer work with OYO and refused to honor the reservation.This left me without accommodation despite having a confirmed booking and travelling to the location expecting everything to be arranged.It is extremely concerning that OYO continues to confirm bookings for hotels that apparently no longer cooperate with them. This shows a serious lack of communication and responsibility toward customers.Being left without a place to stay after a confirmed reservation is unacceptable and very stressful for any traveler.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using OYO.

I’ve tried waxing and shaving, but Bye Bye Bush by Oyo Skincare is by far the better solution! Waxing leaves me hurting for days — red, hot, and in pain from the slightest contact with anything. Shaving is quick, but I’m always left dealing with prickliness or ingrown hairs.Bye Bye Bush has completely changed the game for me. Speedy delivery, easy to use website. Products seem to do as they say, easy to use, no bad reactions from my skin, good coverage. Thought I suffered quite bad from ingrowns but using their exfoliants and oils after my first wax I haven't had a problem at all! Will continue to use and might try a few other products.

Impossible to cancel, terrible communication
Didn’t like the product, wasn’t for me but wasn’t going to ask for a refund, each to their own. However I did want to cancel. Only way to cancel is to email which I did in December. Cut to February and they keep trying to take payment, I email them twice more to tell them to stop, today, they finally managed to take money from my account. I emailed them AGAIN. Still nothing. Business who are incapable of responding to the only means of communication they give you are shady.

Finally!! I get the WORST irritation from shaving, constant bumps regardless of what products I use . I have never used a hair removal creme before, so nervous this would create a reaction. BUT after using for the first time, my bikini line is SO SMOOTH and vacation ready ✔️😎 highly recommend!

I've tried other hair removal creams before and I always come up worse. Id get rashes or razor bumps and be in pain for days! Hair removal was a nightmare. Then I tried bye bye bush, game changer, no bumps or burns and after the hair s removed skin looks and feels natural. I use once a week and it takes 10-15 mins to remove hair.I will never try another brand.

I am absolutely in love with Oyo Skincare. I have always shaved all my life and been prone to ingrowns, trying to find alternatives along the way to help reduce these, yet never finding a good resolution. All hair removal creams are unbearable and have harsh ingredients which irritate the skin. However, when i switched to Oyo I received instant results and benefits. The hair removal cream smells way more natural, my ingrowns have gone and the cream actually works!! I have not had any issues at all with this cream it is honestly a miracle to me and will never go back. I use the Bye Bye Bush with the whole set and I cannot recommend it enough.

Personally, it didn’t work well for me. First impression was the smell … so so bad, but in saying that, I guess it can’t smell amazing due to active ingredients.. so I do understand. I don’t have thick hair, I had to keep it on for 10 mins (more than the recommended time) and it just removed patches of hair. I’m not giving up though, I’ll keep trying 💪
