Door Seal For Indesit Washing MachinePurchased online. Posted out the next day and arrived before the delivery date. Great price, great product. The seal fits like a glove and was easy to install. Thank you Parts 4 Appliances.
Website stock levels are WRONGI order a washing machine part from and they TAKE the money, the email me to say they are out of stock. Now waiting for a refund. If your stock levels are wrong then please don't the money, check then take the money
Ordered the part online on the 4th, paid via PayPal and received it on the 6th. Very well packaged, part is as described, fitted and working.
Very shocked that a 'small family run business' cannot see the importance of treating their customers right. They refused our return despite the items being untouched. The products they sell are NOT GENUINE which isn't clear on the site. You can get the same for much cheaper on Amazon. Avoid.
A part that should have lasted may many years lasted 6 months. Clearly the product was not fit for purpose and a cheap rip off. When I went back to them Tracy replied in an off hand way, no apology, no Dear X, just 3 lines "you read the T & C's and we only guarantee products for 90 days" Clearly the culture of the business is we don't care about our customers. Fair enough but not a business I would ever deal with again nor recommend to anyone in fact stay well clear of them.
Tumble dryer lost temperature on the 26/12, ordered new heater element at about lunchtime that day and it arrived quickly, well packaged and very reasonably priced. They are my "goto" company for appliance spares from now on. Well done to all at Parts4Appliances. 👍
I needed a heating element for the cooker grill and I decided to purchase one from this company but not before I did some due diligence as I hadn't used this company before. The part I needed was advertised at half the price of other companies which raised a suspicion. I checked reviews on Google and Trustpilot thoroughly and websites which specialise in researching cam websites. This particular company scored 8.5 out of 10.I am pleased that the transaction with this company was great! I asked for some guidance concerning accessing my account, I received a reply very quickly.The part arrived the next day, very well packaged and was exactly the right part.Very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. Will use this company again.
Ordered the part and it arrived and I fitted three days later. Fast speedy service. Really good price too
Part was 50% cheaper then elsewhere and it looked identical to original. Very prompt dispatch. Got it next day.
Ordered part which delivered next day but wrong part. I have attempted several times to explain to their agent that the part is the wrong one but to no avail. I have sent them pictures of the part I was sent along with pictures of the old part which clearly shows the difference but no they say now that I ordered the wrong part and they want me to pay for return postage. It's not the cost it's the principal they are in the wrong. Given 2 star for the delivery.
