Payjunction customer service is always exceptional!
Our medical office has used PayJunction for ~10 years and they have always been incredibly helpful when we've had to call them. One time, in all those years, we had an issue with the bill cycle or something and they worked with us to ensure that we were happy and we didn't feel like we were getting taken advantage of. I recently saw that they had a payment integration for our EMR software, Dr. Chrono, and Lara Beesley scheduled a Zoom with me to get it installed. Greg Hull?/Hall? (sorry forgot his last name) was also on the Zoom. She got it installed, customized to what we were needing for our practice, went through all my questions and customized it some more. It has made PayJunction and our EMR so seamless I am already getting it put in at the other doctors' office I work at. The fees are cheaper than other payment systems, it is SO EASY to use, it is customizable, and the customer service get 10/10 absolutely recommend! Thank you, Lara, Greg, Kevin, and the PayJunction team for being such a helpful company and one I would rather use than anything else.

I am reviewing the customer service I received from Kevin Sanchez and Gustavo Lopes. They both went above and beyond in helping me out with some issues I was having (not even primarily with PayJunction but the way a partner service had some things integrated). They both were extraordinarily helpful, potentially the best customer service I have received from anyone anywhere.
Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient and showed a great interest in solving what I called about. I hope to reach him again, if I need to call for any other issues.
Erin answered my question (submitted to the support chat button) within 5 minutes. The answer was clear and easy to understand. She sent an image verifying the information. As always, excellent service from PayJunction.
