In Australia & bought Samsung tablet…
In Australia & bought Samsung tablet not available in Aust but is in NZ. Paid for courier delivery.Shipped same day as ordered. Arrived in Aust next day & was delivered following day. (Tracked whole way)The bonus was it arrived with an Australian warranty in the box.My only interaction with seller was via their website. But it was easy to use, Item was identified correctly & I was updated regularly with the process details & tracking. (I bought from Pbtech because they have bricks & mortar stores in NZ so I hoped I could talk to a human if anything went wrong.)

Not new, was already opened and return and refund it slow.
Have bought what was listed as a brandnew item, was delivered already opened, with the original barcode covered over with a another homemade one.Tried to return and have asked to return and filled out RMA twice and still no refind and still no details to return.I have already ordered another and was delivered the next day, unopened, and everything as it was ment to be from PB Tech. Would not recommend as nothing is being done at all.bought 18.2.26 today 4.3.26Pity unable to upload photos to show.Said was accidental the opening and the sticking of another barcode on the box?

Good price, fast delivery
I purchased 2 car laptop chargers, PB offered competitive price on what seemed a good product. Shipping time from NZ to Sydney, Aus, was only a few days (arrived quicker than some Aus sellers who offer 'fast delivery').The chargers themselves look sturdy and so far are working fine

Simple process
Simple process. We needed a new keyboard for a laptop that had keys broken off. I found the right item, ordered it, and it was delivered in just a few days with regular tracking updates from NZ Post & AusPost.

Bought an off-grid router
Bought an off-grid router, that was marketed as such, that did not come with a 12v cord. Sent an email and rang to acquire to one. No reply just ghosting, they don't care once they have your money.

It was a simple process, they had the best price, I paid through Paypal, PB Tech sent the product which was very well packaged and arrived in good time on the 24th February, 2026. I call that excellent customer service.

Disappointing
Went in to the Queen street store. About 10-12 customers and just one salesperson. I was trying to buy a Amazfit T-Rex sports watch for $598 but no-one was there to help. Just heading in to Noel Leemings. I’d rather pay an extra $10 and get great ( or just some!) service.

Easy order and best price
Easy to order and price plus shipping best on the internet. Surprised when I realise products was coming from NZ so took a couple of extra days which was fine as the communication and tracking was regular. Product was well packed and works as described. Thanks

Deceitful marketing
The order item indicated "ships today". Immediately after ordering, "ships today" became an "estimate" that wasn't fulfilled. And the order page was marked as "awaiting goods".

Unresponsive to complaints
Sold me a PSU without the right mains cable.Product was shipped from overseas, despite claiming it was "in stock in store", which didn't help either.Didn't reply to my emails, didn't anwer the phone. Price was slightly cheaper than competition, but not worth the hassle.
