My autobiography about Emotional Health is close to my heart. Since it's my story I want to narrate it the way I want. My vast search stopped at Penguin Publishing Experts. Their experienced voice-over artist helped me to record my book the way I wanted. I am satisfied with their services.
I entered into a contract and paid Penguin Publishing Experts to publish my book of short stories. They immediately wanted to charge me over $1,000 for an edit and when I said NO, not another sent, they said they would do a simple edit to include primarily punctuation at no cost. The edits were unacceptable and I told them I was done. I didn't want to go through with the publishing and wanted a refund. I have stopped hearing from them.
Poor response to needs. Seems like a scam.Asked for payment under sponsorship program and then asked for additional payment for the same services. Be forewarned.
I had a children’s story of great value – that’s what it meant to me because it was based on my daughter’s struggle with autism. I didn’t want to take the unnecessary risks of approaching agencies who claim something else and whose expertise does not meet those claims. After going through those terrible experiences, I contacted PPE for publishing demand. At the start, I must have come off as super annoying to the PM, but she was patient enough to deal with it. She kept telling me to put faith in them and follow the process, but I somehow couldn’t find it in me to do so. Anyway, it was only after they presented the work was when I was certain about their work ethics and professionalism. They got my book number one on Amazon. I’m so grateful for this, honestly, and a bit relieved that I found them and don’t have to contact others anymore.
It is an author’s dream to find a similar community of writers who resonate with their purpose – that is what Penguin Publishing Experts did for my book. They got my book on the best-sellers list, but on top of that, they suggested I get my own website and blogs along with social media pages. I followed their lead, and there was no chance in sweet heavens that I regretted one part of it. Everything was carried out so perfectly that I’m glad to have put my trust in these people’s expertise.
PPE designed the illustrations and cover for my book, and I loved every bit of it, well, now. The first set of illustrations they sent was a complete waste – they did not reflect the contents of my book, if at all. I lashed out at the support executive, telling her my concerns. I honestly kind of regret taking my anger out on her because she was a sweet girl – I later apologized for it. After communicating the things that I felt were wrong with the graphics, everything was straightforward. They took the feedback to their heart and sent in extraordinary illustrations. I was satisfied with their service. I also opted for them to get my book published and marketed.
I had written an autobiography book, which was my journey through multiple psych wards and rehabs, battling diseases like addiction and anxiety. As a matter of fact, I wrote the book when I was admitted to a psych ward. It’s unbelievable to me that I have come such a long way, so I wanted to sort of leave my legacy and inspire other folks such as me to keep going in this war, which may seem like never-ending at first. The story was complete, but I was not okay with it when I wrote it. This is why I wanted to get it edited by PPE; they did the perfect job, and the project manager was extremely sweet. After it was complete, I also wanted PPE to help me publish it. They did that with perfection, too, when they got my book ranked number one on Amazon and got me a significant fan-following on my social media as an author. It’s as if they got me a purpose to live by. I cannot be any gladder that I chose them as the service providers.
I was referred to PPE through my work colleagues. I’m not someone who relies on anyone for my work and while I had completed writing my book by myself, I couldn’t figure the technical skills required to market my book. The initial call I had with the PM was detailed and I felt relieved by it, that my time and capital isn’t going to go to waste. I could see the results of their hard work after months. The book was personal to me as it was an autobiography of my whole life, and I wanted to make the best out of the time spend over writing it.
I am still writing my book and have chosen editing service that they offer. They have made this book writing stress-free. All I do is write and they provide expert guidance over it and help me edit it.
I tried to publish my book myself and Amazon rejected it 5 times. I was very upset and a friend of mine, who is also a self-published author, recommended Penguin Publishing Experts to me. The project manager is a bit, how do you say it, straightforward? But very helpful. Not a bad experience.
