My cats will not eat the treats. Despite trying to reach the company multiple times for the 30 day money back guarantee I have not heard back from them. It was a waste of money at this point.

No response to (2) phone calls or (2)refund request forms. Product was rancid and bulb of dropper hard with old product. This was used to wean pet from Veteranarians potent pharmaceuticals following a stroke and seizures! Left with no answers or refund.
Have had a very terrible experience with this company. Customer service is terrible. Reaching out about an order is useless and nobody will contact you back about your order or inquiry even when you have contacted multiple times. Would not recommend or purchase from again.

I haven’t received my product. I called twice, left a voicemail, emailed 4 times, messaged on social media, and tried to do the support chat twice (chat was offline). I have gotten zero reply. I also haven’t gotten a shipping notification or any information for support.
I really wish I would’ve had a good experience. Unfortunately, I ordered a product over a month ago and was sent a different product. When I reached out, support quickly sent me a postage paid return label to send the incorrect item back and they’d send out the correct item upon receipt. It’s been two weeks since they’ve received the incorrect item back and now support is not responding to my emails and no one answers the phone nor is returning the messages I’ve left.
I got the 600mg for the 4th of July. My 45 lb Aussie is terrified of fireworks and these worked well to take the edge off. I followed the stronger dose instructions and started about a week before the big night, giving him 3 doses (breakfast, lunch and dinner) the day before, of and after. He didn't tremble and hide under the bed! He actually stayed in the living room with me this year! Snickers says Thank You Pet Hemp!
What went wrong? Everything! Ordered some dog treats for our dogs. From the beginning we got notification that the order was fulfilled and a shipping label was created. That’s as far as our order got. I tried contacting the company directly to no avail. Phone call was answered by a hold song mocking people for actually holding. Tried to use the chat option but they we were away and say that they would let us know via email when they are available. Guess what no email. Speaking of email we tried emailing as well with no response. So I called DHL e-commerce and all they would say was that there was a label printed but the order never made it to DHL so there is no other information to give. One last ditch effort I called FirstMile the 3rd party company to facilitate the tracking and they had no other information. In the end we disputed the charge to our credit card company.

Status updates show my subscription package is sitting at DHL for the past three weeks. Emails to customer service this week aren't answered. Neither is the phone, it rings until it hangs up. At the point I need to call my credit card, cancel the charge, and then the subscription. The product is great, when I get it.

Shipping was incredibly slow. Order was placed on 4/19 and not delivered until 5/2 and I paid more for expedited shipping. Unacceptable customer service level.
