1 month, no order, no refund
I ordered over $200 of expensive dog food, plus paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping. Needless to say it's been over a month and I have yet to see hide nor hair of my shipment and PetLife is claiming complete innocence, and that my package must have been lost by UPS, though I honestly doubt they ever shipped it to begin with as tracking only states that a label was created. I have repeatedly requested a refund, to no avail. Number one tip walking away from this....ALWAYS use credit cards when purchasing online because then you can have the credit card company file a claim. I wasn't that smart/didn't really have too many other options at the time. Never making that mistake again. These people are nothing but scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

RECALLED the status of my order after confirming shipment
Requested the status of my order after a week of receiving no information from the company. They apologized for the delay and provided a link to track my order. The next day they RECALLED the status of my order. What the hell is that - RECALLING the status of my order. I wish I had read the reviews of this company - NEVER AGAIN

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. My order which came from China took almost 3 weeks then it wasn't even the product I ordered. It looked like a cheap generic which looked nothing like the products on their site. I asked for a refund and they gave me some idiotic excuses about the packaging and then refused to answer followup emails asking for a refund. Very shady. Don't trust them.Mike

Super Slow Shipping
The diffuser product seems to work by calming our two cats.However shipping from overseas is painfully slow and the tracking functionality is useless. I wish they would get their products on Amazon or stock them in the US so they don't take more than a month to arrive.

Scam - Burnt Crayons
Shipping took a full month, when the package finally arrived i had them plugged in for a few weeks trying to "trust the process" within 2 weeks the entire house smelled like burnt crayons and we truly believed because of the weather, it was our heating unit. We were only alerted that it was the diffuser when we witnessed one of our cats go up to one, smell it and pull away from it, almost in pain. we unplugged all of them and threw them away in the trash where they belong. It has been 24 hours, and our house no longer smells like the crayola factory.

I had a problem with the cat calm diffusers from Petlifebio. When I contacted customer service about it I had a really lovely reply by the next day. They were extremely helpful, courteous and empathetic. I really couldn't fault them at all and my problem was resolved very quickly. I don't understand previous poor reviews as I certainly did not experience that. In fact I would highly recommend this company as I would rate them as excellent.

I purchased cat calm plug in some…
I purchased cat calm plug in some months ago but the plug was not UK specific so I used the bottles in my old diffuser. Some time later a saw them pop up on Facebook so I commented that I was 😞 to get an unusable plug in my order. They got right back to me and offered a UK plug replacement f.o.c . I agreed to this but when I received a confirming email ,the photo of the plug was the one I already had. I replied, querying this and they replied straight away confirming it was a generic photo and my new one was definitely UK spec. It took a while to arrive but they did warn me of that. Overall, I thought it was good customer service. Now I'm using the right plug, the cat calm does seem to be having an effect.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT...SCAMMERS
I purchased a 20lb bag of Pretty Bird bird food in September costing me over $57.00. When the bird food arrived I put it in the bird food receptacle but then a couple of days later I started smelling a fowl order like a dead rat. I looked and looked until I saw it was coming from the bird food. I contacted them with no result and I disputed it on my credit card and their response was we got it delivered and it has not been returned. How can I return a rotten 20lb bag of bird food without a return label...impossible. Now I paid $57.14 for rotten 20lb bag of bird food that I just had to throw away. SUGGESTION...SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND AGGRAVATION AND DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT.

This company is a joke!
This company is a joke. They do not ship in the window they specify when you purchase. They do not read their emails. I was suppose to receive my package within 6 days they specified on checkout. It has been 18 days and still do not have my package. They have no phone number. This company is a SCAM!

Product did absolutely nothing
The product arrived much later than expected. I plugged in all the diffusers and followed placement and use instructions exactly. The site had advertised guaranteed results in 3 days, but after 3, then 10, then 14 days, no progress was made in my cats' behavior. I emailed the company who sent very detailed suggestions and asked me to give it 30 days to take effect. I did, and after 30 days with no results, I emailed again. They then tried to sell me more product and said if I preferred, they would send me a label to return the unused portion and give me a refund. I did agree to that, but then they said they don't issue return labels, I would have to pay shipping, and they would only refund the unused portion. The product did absolutely nothing, and I was unable to obtain a refund. >:-{

Wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered CatCalm. I’ve been waiting by my mailbox everyday. Reached out twice. No reply. Very disappointed. I was so hoping this product would work however I don’t think it really exists. I will be contacting my bank in the am to file a fraud claim.

I have not received my item. I emailed them and they said I would receive a confirmation number once shipped. It has been 9 days and no confirmation number or shipping in site. My poor cat is starving and refuses to eat anything else.

A scam company DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
If I could give 0 Stars I would. I placed an order for their Cat Calming Diffuser about a month ago. I was told delivery in 3 to 8 business daysWhen it did not deliver I contacted their customer support by e-mail I was told it was out of stock and would be restocking and sent. One week later they advised it shipped and gave me tracking information from a company called GoFo. Trying to contact that company was an absolute joke in itself redirecting from their site to track..When I get redirected something is wrong.I ask Petlife to refund my money and more or less said "No" but they would reship..I told them "No" and warned them of a Very Negative review. Can't speak to their product just from my experience that now I have seen many others tell the same. BUYER BEWARE

I bought and received two Kaytee water feeding from this company. They have never worked. Unlike other online sellers, many of their items sold by this company cannot be returned because they are not their listed brands. I was not aware of that so I lost some money. Those who got their items working from this company were just lucky. This company is really a scam. No doubt about it.

This product is a scam. They prey on desperate pet owners looking for solutions for behavioral/health issues. I was looking for a way to get my two cats to stop fighting-- Petlife Bio's CatCalm diffuser seemed like it could work. Claimed to use special pheromones that other diffusers don't, approved by veterinarians.I kept it plugged in for two months and the level of the liquid in the bottle didn't go down at all. Each bottle is supposed to last for a month. What's more, there's been no behavior change in my cats. They have a "90-day return policy money back guaranteed", but I doubt I'll see a refund.

Products was new and unopened. Expire date of 2027!!They are a little slow to ship, O.K. If you have an issue give them 1-2 days to follow up. They will get with ya. I had a question after I placed my order took em that long to respond. They are real. I will order form them again. Thanks PetLife!

The website looks European and it states “nearly half a million” reviews…. Service and response to emails is non existent, product, not told this on website, ships from China and the icing on the cake is to return an item you have to, at your own expense, ship it to the USA and if it doesn’t get there in perfect condition no refund will be made….. guess what it will never arrive OR will, at their estimation, not be in good condition and no refunds are issued BEWARE this company with its fake customer reviews and statements such as “scientifically proven” and “vet recommendation” is not true and all a fabrication

Prices were great and reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance since it wasn't an urgent purpose. I got an acknowledgement email and another when the order shipped. It took 11 days total, which is longer than most, but fine for the price.I didn't need to speak with customer service for anything.
