Beautiful centerpiece arrangements for our family party. They were delivered on time and in pristine condition. We will definitely use Phillips Naperville again in the future.

Sympathy Flowers
I’ve only ordered sympathy flowers twice recently, once was with Harry and David, and they charged my credit card for the purchase and never delivered the flowers to the funeral home.The second time was last week for a funeral for my uncle. I spoke with the person at the Phillips flowers and gifts in Elmhurst, Illinois, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through the confirmation process of the flowers being delivered.My flowers, hands-down, were the most beautiful table arrangement flowers throughout the Room we were in. Thank you Phillips flowers and gifts for not only doing an outstanding job with your product for great service as well!

I called from overseas to order flowers…
I called from overseas to order flowers for a funeral. Spoke to Corey who was so helpful and even offered to add the accents on the message, which was in Serbian, by hand. The flowers were beautiful, the service 10/10. I then got an e-mail to advise the safe delivery on the Thursday. Thankyou!

In 25 Years Phillip's Has Never Let Us Down
We have been ordering flower arrangements from Phillip's Flowers in LaGrange Park, prior to moving from the area and for the past 25 years of being out-of-state. Phillip's personnel have always been helpful on the phone; our arrangements have always been delivered on time; we have heard from recipients, over and over, how beautiful the arrangements are. Billing has always been accurate. We appreciate that we can still rely on this "local" company, even while being 2,000 miles away.

BEAUTIFUL
I ordered flowers from the United Kingdom for a friend in the suburbs of Chicago. The flowers arrived well on time. Some online florists bouquets do not look anything like the online photo and often you end up with something substandard, BUT Phillip’s flowers were BEAUTIFUL and you could tell someone had cared when arranging it! Huge thank you!

This is for the shop at 1285 E Butterfield Rd.Wheaton, IL 60189I needed to have some flowers delivered to a recipient who lives out of state. For that reason, the person helping me said I would not know what the flower arrangement would look like ahead of time, because what would be delivered depends on what is available at the local out-of-state store. All I could get was a general description of the arrangement. What I asked for was green foliage and also some blooming flowers in a basket (preferably brown or white in color). The arrangement was delivered very early on the day I requested. Fortunately, the recipient liked the arrangement.

FTD Could have been better.
The local florist did a disappointing job on my order. Phillips was very, very helpful in resolving the issue. Tom was very professional and offered several solutions. I guess local FTD florists are hard to monitor, but Phillips is a quality company!

Absolutely Superb! I ordered online at 7AM MST and my sister received her birthday arrangement by 1:30PM CST. A large, beautiful, colorful, lively bouquet delivered same day for less than $100.

Have been using Phillips Flowers for more than 25 years for funeral work and they are outstanding. Their design team creates extraordinary arrangements and their sympathy department customer service is phenomenal. Also used for a family wedding and the bride was extremely pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

I needed flowers for an out of town…
I needed flowers for an out of town funeral. I wanted to use a local florist and not a 1-800 service. I called and spoke to an actual human. She was friendly and very helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and were very nice. They were exactly what I ordered. I'm happy to recommend Phillip's Flowers.
