scammers dont use
As per the other reviewers this seems to be a scam. Received email promising refund, never arrived, no answer to emails. Issuing charge back on the Merchant from my bank.
Rubbish. Paid, no code to unlock the phone, no money returned. Avoid
Scammers robbed me. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute Scammers. Do not go near them. Won't respond to my E Mails. I'll flood them with E Mails until they refund me. I won't let these thieves away on principal alone. Scammers!! I recommend anyone having a problem getting a refund contacts their bank. I got a full refund from Revolut after contacting them. Don't let these shysters away with it.
Absolute scam. Couldn’t unlock phone then won’t refund money & don’t respond to emails
Don't trust these guys. It's effectively fraud. They take your money then tell you a few days later they can't provide you with the unlock code and they will refund you. The refund never arrives and they are unresponsive to follow up emails.
Total scam. Its not clear what you are paying for. Charged £5 then £12 then £48. Don't use them.
Purchased an unlock code August 2023.They couldn't provide the code.E mailed to say I would get the promised refund.Never recieved the refund.E mailed them a number of times .No response recieved.Tried to phone but got no answer. Need I say more.Edward Miller.Rep.of Ireland.
UPDATE: I reported the website to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, as they also have Irish contact details. I will also report them to Gardaí, but after contacting Revolut, proving order was paid, unfulfilled and no replies to my emails looking for refund, I received a chargeback. The amount is fairly minor, but it's about the principle. The 'company' is purely robbing people and relying on them letting it go.As almost everyone else states, this company is a scam. I needed to urgently unlock my phone, despite them advertising an instant unlock. 24 hours later I received an email saying unlock failure and I'd get my money refunded. As everyone before me, no refund arrived on my account. I should've read the reviews before engaging with this so called company and I will consider other avenues to make sure no one else falls for this scam.
total scam does not work at all . this company should be taken off the web . taken over 69e of people under false advertisement. google should remove them as google is an excessory to this fraud. stay well clear of this services .
Just go elsewhere - shame I didn't read the reviews on here first.Went with them as need an unlock in a hurry.....24 hrs later....no code (despite them advertising "instant"... eventually got an email saying it had failed and I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days....Guess what....no refund....emailed them....no response.....chased again....today got an email (nearly a month later) that the refund has been processed....I'm not holding my breath.....Oh, and went back to EE who supplied the phone - they gave the code for free after filling in a simple Web form!
Only email confirmation of payment..and no code delivered, 36 hrs later no communication, nothing..I wonder why ...hahaha scammers....still haven't any response regarding my refund....if ever.
Didn’t realise my phone would need unlocking with a different sim provider so panicked when couldn’t use phone. These people feed on this, promise you a quick solution for not very much money but in reality do nothing. The fact they don’t take PayPal payments should ring bells as you can get chargebacks if there is a problem. Weird how they’ll offer to refund via PayPal though which has got me worried they’re now trying to scam my PayPal account so have asked why they can’t refund to my card. No reply for the last 4 weeks. What an easy scam to set up, even taking people’s money for a few months and making interest off it. Not holding my breath for a refund but am reluctant to share any other info with them so might swallow it and learn a lesson. My own phone provider (Tesco) actually did it free and pretty quick anyway so you don’t need these people.
Take you money then dont reply just ignore you scammers
Avoid. In the event of a no code they promise a refund which never transpires. Plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies to use than this one. From their email : A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number. They ignore any repeated requests for a refund to be processed.
There should really be a zero star option.... no code, no refund.
scammer do not use as per all the previous reviewsT
Scammers, just like the other comments. They say they are going to do it, 24 hours later you get an email to say you will get a refund, and it never turns up. Email them twice but nothing!Don't use them!!!
