Have no ability to cancel subscriptions or refund, forced to go through bank. Strange company practices, would 100% avoid!

SCAM ALERT
This is a scam company. They take the money from you, they claimed to have 12 months warranty and repairs don't last, after a few days, they don't pick up the phone and basically, they steal your money

Asked for quote to repair mic they told me they don't recommend it due to fear they make break the screen and it will be expensive? What kind of repair company is this? Did not reply to email asking for more info..

Don't give these guys your money
Sent me an e-mail asking me to sign in and verify details and set-up new direct debit, ignored the emails as I didn't want to renew. Still took payment anyway and then were very ignorant on the phone refusing to refund my payment. Started a chargeback procedure via my bank, hopefully they are more helpful!
