I'm not a writer by trade. I'm a nurse who had a story to tell about patient care and the healthcare system. They made me feel like that story was worth telling and worth telling well. The book is in hospital waiting rooms and nursing school libraries now. That's everything.
There were a few delays during revisions, and communication could have been quicker at times. The formatting needed minor corrections before approval. Editing helped with grammar and clarity but wasn't very detailed.

Editing was mostly line-level corrections grammar, sentence flow, minor clarity fixes. It didn’t dive deep into structure or character development.
