Finaly I received back my deposit, except 250 USD. Before you start business with this company study carefully the business terms. I had no complaints about the communication. I always received quick answers to my questions. It is worth considering in advance that the account closing fee is 200 dollars, which for some reason became 250 dollars for me.
These are scammers. Stay Away! Still waiting for my refund of the deposit since November 2025. Whoever is a victim, contact your local Authorities. They need to stop. This is so frustrating.

I wish I could give zero stars, but Trustpilot forces one. PLC Auctions (plc.auction, run by UAB PLC Group in Lithuania) is nothing short of a predatory scam disguised as an international car auction platform.I bought a 2007 Opel Combo advertised as petrol-powered. What arrived? A completely different LPG (liquefied gas) vehicle – utterly useless in Luxembourg where LPG stations are rare to non-existent. Hidden defects poured out after delivery: faulty electronics, CAN bus failures, and more that cost me hundreds in diagnostics and repairs.Their response? Radio silence, then outright denial. No refund, no apology – just excuses and ghosting. I had to fight tooth and nail through Lithuania's VVTAT consumer authority, which ruled entirely in my favor: full refund plus vehicle retrieval at their expense.Even then, PLC dragged their feet, forcing bailiff enforcement. Months of stress, thousands in lost time and money – all because they deliberately mislead on vehicle specs to offload junk.Looking at other reviews, I'm not alone: hidden damage, non-refunded deposits, rude staff, and endless delays. This company preys on international buyers who can't easily fight back.STAY FAR AWAY. If you value your money, sanity, and time, use reputable local dealers or established platforms. PLC Auctions is a disgrace to the industry – deceptive, incompetent, and utterly untrustworthy. Never again. Following up to the response from PLC Auction, It should be pointed out that the vehicle purchased was mis-represented. Additionally it was recommended by one of their staff. At no time was a solution offered. It took one year through consumer courts for the case to come to conclusion. Even then, ultimately bailiffs were required to recover the funds. At no point during this experience can I recommend PLC Auctions.

We do not create vehicle listings ourselves; all vehicle data, including fuel type and specifications, is imported directly from the official auction platforms we cooperate with. In this particular case, the vehicle was incorrectly listed by the seller as gasoline-powered. As you correctly note, the photographs indicated that the vehicle was CNG-powered, which also explains why the purchase price was significantly lower compared to similar gasoline-powered vehicles. Unfortunately, this discrepancy originated from the auction source and was not created or altered by our company. We would also like to note that an optional pre-purchase inspection was available but was not ordered. Such an inspection would have identified the vehicle’s actual fuel type and condition prior to delivery. Once the vehicle has been delivered and the service successfully completed, our ability to intervene is limited, as ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer. Despite this, we made every effort within our scope to assist you and ensured prompt delivery of the vehicle in accordance with the agreed terms. We understand your frustration and regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect information provided by the auction platform. I am writing to share my recent experience with PLC Auctions Group and Lunu Pay in the hope that it may help others make informed decisions because they bad company. Regrettably, my experience with both companies has been exceedingly frustrating and disappointing. I have faced significant difficulties in obtaining a refund that has been withheld for over three months. During this time, I was charged $222 from an initial security deposit amount of $1,000, which was both distressing. Furthermore, I found the communication from both parties to be unsatisfactory. Lunu Pay has consistently failed to respond to any of my messages, leaving me without any support or updates. Similarly, PLC Auctions Group has provided misleading information on multiple occasions, which has only compounded my difficulties. Given these experiences, I strongly advise caution when dealing with PLC Auctions Group and Lunu Pay. If you value your peace of mind and efficient service, I recommend considering alternative providers, as my ordeal has caused considerable inconvenience and stress. No answering or answering to late to information requests. Information given it's confusing. I don't trust this platform. Most of the positive reviews here appear to be fake – likely generated by bots that assumed this was a site for industrial PLC components, not car sales. It’s worth reading the Terms of Service carefully, as they are extremely unfavorable to buyers. Closing an account costs me $200, and getting a deposit refund can take up to a months. The auction mechanism only determines a preliminary winner – the real negotiation apparently continues even after the auction ends. Fortunately, I didn’t proceed with the delivery of my “won” vehicle, because based on other reviews, that would likely have turned into a nightmare. Beware of psychological pressure tactics suggesting sunk costs and high penalties for withdrawal, while based on many testimonies, the actual delivery of a paid car is far from guaranteed. Page is also connected with checkcar.vin for useless VIN report + hidden subscription! That didn't give me any more confidence.

I care about welds, mounts, and even panel gaps. They don’t hide problem areas in the angles; if photos are missing, they add them. I bid with future work in mind and stay on budget. The last lot was a win precisely because the info was transparent.
Came in with no experience and was afraid to mess up the bid. Read the site tips, placed the deposit, set a careful auto-bid. Got a compact sedan at a price that fit my ceiling. Documents were uploaded to my account, statuses updated, I just watched. Picked up the car, condition matched the listing. The fear disappeared.

I budget in advance, the total with delivery and duty matches. The last lot, a Hyundai i30, had clean geometry, the repair fit the plan, and the price was still below market.
