Don't Be Decieved!
I am a Marriott member and have been for many many years. Driving on I-10 and needing to make a reservation for the night I could not remember my Marriott password. I googled a number for Marriott to arrange my reservation. Not realizing the call was not actually a direct Marriott number but went straight to an Expedia associate. The associate on the line answered as if he were a Marriott rep. So I booked my night and when I arrived they told me I would get a night credit but not my points since I had booked through Expedia or other booking service. Grrrr, I had no idea it wasn't Marriott until that minute. Didn't have any recourse at all. Watch using Google when booking a night at the Marriott and remember your password for direct booking.

Thankfully Cesar helped me to rebook a room at the Hilton that was canceled by a disgruntled employee, who was let go. Made out even better this time around. And I am grateful I called and talked to Cesar. All is well again as I now have two rooms booked so we can go to Rutgers College and watch my granddaughter graduate without any worries. Thanks again.

Nepherious listing on the net. You think you have a local number for a hotel and it is a third party booking site. AND THEY CHARGED 210$ AND OTHERWISE IT WOULD ONLY HAVE COST ME $140

The reservation not got to the hotel…
The reservation not got to the hotel till the morning. We had to get the hotel on our own. In the morning the hotel manager was able to fix the problem.what hassle, I will never use this service again. I will also tell my friends not to use it.
