Best experience ever!!! For people who doesnt have easy access to exclusive Pokemon Merch from Japan, even here in EU, the UK Pokemon Center doesnt ship to EU at all, so we have few options left. And what a great discovery to find pokevault.com. Best itens and legit new and vintage merch for pokefans and collectors. I 200% recommend here. My Shellder plush+ shellder yummy collection figure came perfectly, The responsible one for all this is Brian, and he ships like super fast! If you have any questions, even if you don't need it, he will be there to help. They also send updates about your shipment, tracking website from Japan, and everything else. Of course some things might sound expensive, but AGAIN, they are brinGing exclusive, or hard to find products from Japan which are all 100% legit, so its totally worth the price. The site is great, there are an infinity of products and it's perfect for people who love pokemon that can't buy original pokemon stuff directly in Japan. The prices are a little high but it's worth it, the owner is nice and the service was efficient and reliable. I bought two plushies and four figures, they arrived in perfect condition: the order was quickly sent and it arrived after two weeks, despite I ordered from Italy and I chose the cheapest shipping option. I'd like to buy here again, as soon as money come in!

EDIT: I'm updating my review to provide a word of warning. It seems pokevault engages in some deceptive marketing tactics. Many listings on the site will contain a message like "It was only available at [x store], in [y month of z year], for a very limited time and in very limited quantity" but sometimes this statement is outright false since those products are still being stocked in-store or on the JP pokemon center website. Whether or not this tactic is intentional, it may push customers to purchase at a price higher than they might normally consider. When I had concerns on shipping the owner was super pleasant and helpful. The merchandise came in perfect condition with excellent packaging. The price is on the higher side but there is a guarantee of authenticity of you are a hardcore collector. For items that aren't that rare it may be possible to buy cheaper directly from the Pokemon companyFor items I have trouble finding elsewhere and when I want to ensure authenticity + quality, Pokevault is a website I will for sure use again

A totally legit store, seller is responding to emails within minutes and gives great service! Ships super fast and arrives super fast, all the way from Japan to USA in just 2 days. The only thing is that items and shipping is pricy, but then again, you get rare Pokémon items that are hard to find anywhere. Everything is packaged really well and it arrives new and mint! Awesome!

Excellent service. The owner is very responsive and helpful, but some delays in communication may occur due to time zone differences. My items were held during Covid and shipped as soon as available. The owner even covered an increased shipping fee due to Covid for me! My items arrived in excellent condition and were exactly what I expected. Everything on Pokevault is expensive, but I was also able to get items I wouldn’t be able to get from a store (like plushies from a UFO Catcher), plus a specific blind box item. In my opinion the quality of service and products is well worth the price.

I ordered my item and it was estimated to be delivered within 2 weeks, and it was delivered within a week! I ordered from Pokevault for my best friend's birthday gift. I bought 3 plush keychains. The tracking was a bit confusing for me and I couldn't really tell where and when my package would arrive to me, so I contacted their customer service on Facebook and got a reply pretty quickly.
