This is one of the only reputable companies that I could find the item I was looking for, and they had it in stock. They delivered fast, and the entire shopping process was a cinch. I will be coming back to purchase other legacy media players from them, just as soon as I have the chance!

This is a great company. We bought a refurbished Sony VCR for a family member who has a large collection of videos. The Sony was incredibly well packed and shipped quickly and safely. The VCR works very well due to Sony's solid construction and the excellent refurbishment. We are very pleased with this purchase.
The DVD recorder we purchased was great. It arrived packaged so well, it had so much bubble-wrap. It worked great. However, being a "newer" unit (Sony RDR-GX360 DVD Recorder - HDMI), it was affected by the Do Not Record signals sent out by several channels (FOX, ABC to name two), so it didn't suit our main purpose for it. The great news is that returning the unit was painless. Will buy from Porter Electronics again the next time we need a legacy electronic device.
