I got a map as an engagement gift with a picture from the engagement and the location they got engaged! The couple loved it! If you have any difficulties with delivery customer service was excellent and easy to work with !
I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of this product - it looked like something printed out from a home computer on naff paper. I appreciate the items are bespoke, hence no refunds, but there is no way of assessing the quality without placing an order.£30+ for a really cheap and nasty product. My only consolation is that i didn't upgrade to the larger version and waste £50!

Wonderful people at the Positive Prints company! I needed a special print for an adult friend being baptized in a Greek Orthodox Church. I was concerned it would not get here in time. The customer service was amazing, the person who helped me was very helpful with getting exactly what I wanted laid out, maps and text. They also helped me again after I had already received my print. Would highly recommend.
My experience with Positive Prints was fantastic from start to finish. The product turned out beautiful, but the highlight was definitely the customer support. I made a small mistake on my order and was worried I wouldn't be able to fix it in time. I reached out to support and was lucky enough to get Jacek. He sorted everything out for me instantly and was so patient throughout the process. The print arrived looking perfect. A huge thank you to Jacek for being the absolute best! 10/10 service.
My son received it but it had the wrong year for his birthday on it. It says 200e when it should say 2004. Here is my Order no. 1605736. If we could fix this that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After I sent in my choice, they sent back suggestions like insert a picture and change the font. Those two ideas made a big difference in the picture.

I ordered a print as a Christmas present on the 15th of December and I'm still waiting on it to be delivered on the 12th of January. I completely understand that December is a busy time of the year and I was expecting to not receive it before the 25th December when I made the order. But it's been almost a month.. When the delivery times for European delivery is 3-7 working days, I think it's quite poor. It would definitely put me off buying from Positive Prints again.
I would definitely recommend this business for their quality and service. When I purchased a print, it was flawed, I emailed them for a redo. They were quick with their response and very accommodating through the process of sending me a replacement free of charge. Thanks again positive prints!
As great as the products are the customer service is even better. Personally, I am 2 for 2 on gifts and to say they hit a homerun (my wife cried both times) would be an understatement! I have thus elevated my stature within the family and among friends as they are all amazed at how thoughtful and caring I am. Granted some other husbands have cursed me for "raising the bar" since they did not use Positive Prints!
Excellent product, and when there were issues with the shipping company, they were incredibly helpful in making sure I received my order. Their customer service was great, and the product looks amazing.
