I ordered one mug, it came in, it was cheap plastic/resin 3d printed garbage. Fought with them for 3 weeks, and finally had to get paypal involved to get my money back from this scam. One mug, all plastic. No wood, no metal, not even blow-molded, just cheap 3d printed trash. All of the video of the 'crafting' is fake.
The floor lamp I bought from Potlamp is pretty good. There was a small problem during installation. I asked the customer service staff and they responded to me quickly. Their product quality is good and their customer service is also very good.
