Their payment system is a big con

Their payment system is a big con. They take two months subscription even after cancelling. Such an unscrupulous company. Would never use again. Look at their reviews, it says it all. They say they will phone back and never do. Terrible customer service hiding behind their terms and conditions. Con, con con company

Rip off merchants

Like many before.Signed up to watch the European Rugby final as a one off.Went to cancel online but just got a black screen.A few days later eventually got through on telephone to be told I had to pay another months subscription.They are just rip off merchants.

Beware T&C or avoid

I signed up for one month to watch European rugby final. They have 30 day cancellation so you have to pay minimum 2 months.

This service is terrible

This service is terrible! The app doesn’t work. I tried to log in through the website but can’t watch the events I want. I hope premier sports doesn’t get rights to URC next year.

App simply does not work

The app simply does not work. Trading Standards should investigate the company as they are selling a product that is not of merchantable quality. I had this through Sky and it worked well but going directly is a total mess.

No NASCAR from Bristol on Sunday 12/4/25 because they say no slot available for Sky TV coverage. What is the point of having a subscription if you are unable to see what you are paying for?

Via play showed every NHL game…

Via play showed every NHL game including on demand. In addition to the lack of content, the actual live events barely load when you click on them and there are so many bugs with the app. Simply terrible.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. I was going to re subscribe as they have a monopoly over football matches I want to watch and have never experienced such poor and frustrating service.My debit card is out of date on their system and I’ve tried to change it on their website - which doesn’t work! My password is saved on my phone-but your won’t allow me to change the details. When I tried to log onto my laptop , it didn’t recognise my password. When I tried to change my password on the link that you sent, the confirmation button didnt work!when I eventually managed to change password and had confirmation from them, I tried to log on and it said it didn’t recognise my password then said it didn’t recognise the email despite themContacting me in it- I tried several times. A JOKE of a company.I called customer services, pressed one for sky platform and guess what? SILENCE! when told I was being transferred to a customer service agent. Spent an hour trying to subscribe to this shambles on a service. NEVER AGAIN!

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I cancelled the subscription online back in July they take payment in August I email they state they didn’t get a notification of it so will have to charge me. Fine ok they note a cancellation but now I’m being billed for September!! I email again to be told I asked in August after the billing date so will be billed again. They are nothing but a scam of a company DO BOT SUBSCRIBE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF nearly £60 they have had over 3 months cause they won’t cancel my account

Just subscribed for the £99 deal and the picture quality is awful. Really disappointed as expected the same quality as ViaPlay.

Awful streaming quality and they extended the 12 month period of contract from the takeover from viaplay without notification. Consumers seem to have no protection from any of these fly-by-night companies. Don’t subscribe!

I was with Viaplay and and had cancelled all of this pagage, Premier Sports took over but unfortunatel it didn't cancel this. When I contacted the rotters they refused to refund my money. Made sure it was cancelled and the sports are not very goood, especially the commentators.

I noticed an email on the 17th June…

I noticed an email on the 17th June from Premier Sports telling me my account was to renew today (it was in my junk mail). I tried to cancel this online but it’s saying the cancelation has been actioned for next year. I have called the customer service number twice. The first person said if I wanted to cancel, I should have done this yesterday!! They then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone (who I think was the same person) I asked to speak to a manager and was told no, you need to email us. I asked them to process the refund as I was not aware that I had Premier Sports or that it was an automatic renewal despite the fact i had already cancelled my Viaplay account.They then said no manager available and hung up on me again!! This is quite shocking. I have contacted you on the day it was meant to renew and as I said I was not even aware I had this. what a horrible company the most insincere customer service advisors who hang up on the customer?? I have never been so angry as I am now.

Day light bandits

No email to let me know your subscription is coming to the end. No email to let me know that they have taken £79 out my account. Disgusting! I’m unemployed and not willing to give me a refund the day they robbed me.
