Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I hounded them repeatedly for a pick-up time as we had to coordinate a move to Florida with my father facilitating the pick-up of my car. They waited until the morning of pick-up to claim that they only had one driver who was "demanding $1325 and after hard negotation he can pick up for $1175." Our previously agreed upon price was $645. Clearly, they push you to the last minute relying on the fact that you now have no other options. Laughingly, after I left reviews on several platforms, they offered to pay me $100 to retract the reviews. Avoid them at all costs.

These guys are a total scam, their liars and dishonest. As multiple reviews have said there are a complete waste of time. They’re deceptive in their practices and try to suck people in to vulnerable situations where they have no choice but to hire them. Do not under any circumstances use them. I’ve reached out to several other customers and plan on filing a complaint with the Department of transportation to put them out of business. Under no circumstances, should you consider using this company?

Please please please don’t use this company… they suppose to pick my vehicle up on Friday, and when Friday came they sent this bogus message: Hi Just called you To give an update that the driver who is coming to pick your vehicle his truck excel got broke down and he is at mechanic shop he just informed me that now at the moment he is unable to pick your vehicle. I saw the same excuse on another complaint!! Stay away from this company!!!

This company is absolutely horrible and DEFINITELY A SCAM! I do not recommend. I am a travel nurse, and I have used car shipping companies before. I was quoted 650.00. I was told there was a 150.00 deposit and 500.00 would be due at the time my vehicle arrived. After I paid the deposit, I was then told the price would be 1100.00. I said absolutely not and asked for my deposit back. He then got the price down to 900.00 which now meant I had to pay 750.00 at time of arrival. Chris still would not give me my deposit back and insisted I pay a 200.00 cancellation fee! At this point I was now STUCK using them bc now I would be out of even more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are very rude and unprofessional. The text messages and the phone call you would not believe. I don't understand how they are still in business.
