I had a unique issue that required some extra effort to solve. Can't say enough good things about Lilly Smith. She communicated clearly, set proper expectations, and then delivered. Such a pleasure to work with. So grateful for her customer service and professionalism.

I had to make some changes in the last minute, and they were very accommodating. They confirm and make sure everything was in order. if you are attending a conference at the convention center the location is excellent. The loop service to and from the convention halls is very convenient and easy to navigate.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between, went smoothly. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. My young son even asked if we could stay there forever because the waitstaff was so nice to him.
Affordable room just off Times Square. Basic room accessories, but comfortable bed and friendly front desk staff.
