Zero customer service
Have emailed through the online contact form on two separate occasions over the last month to ask for advice regarding comparable models to the current (old) Prince racquet I have, and received no reply at all. Was obviously planning on purchasing a new Prince racquet, but seriously considering switching to a different brand if Prince can't even be bothered to reply.
