Harry Brooks went through prototype prep, shared videos, and held my hands through the whole process of designing my pouches and boxes for a new launch, notwithstanding it was a small order.When a typo ended up on the final package (my mistake), he expedited my reorder to fix it despite heavy holiday rush. These are things that keep a customer loyal to its supplier and I am super satisfied with the service, package quality and the results so far!
