This company, literally, hands down, stole my friends last $1500

I recommended this company to my friend based on seeing their products on YouTube. He happens to be dirt poor and unemployed after he lost his business during Covid. He managed to scrape together 1500 dollars because he needed this product to meet everyday challenges - not for recreation. The company stole his extremely hard earned money and NEVER shipped the product. Emails consistently go unanswered. They are a bunch of crooks!!

This Company will steal your money…

I paid for my bike and they never shipped it. In other words, they stole $1,262 from me. I emailed multiple times, reached out to them thru FaceBook, Instagram and X, and they didn’t respond. This company stole my money.

No Customer Service - Buy at your own risk

Purchased a bike from Propella. The bike is reasonably good, though required some extra work due to issue with factory assembly. The company on the other had has not replied to multiple messages to deal with shipping issues. There appears to be no customer service whatsoever.

Best e-bike on the market!

In April of 2023 I purchased a propeller 7S e-bike. This bike is great quality and could not be a better purchase. It was reasonably priced extremely well made and the customer service is excellent. I can't say enough about my experience and satisfaction with my new bike!
