Very poor quality
Very poor quality. I bought 2 hoodies, seams are ripping on both after just over 2 months. Would not recommend.

I never received my order and customer…
I never received my order and customer service stopped replying to me when I asked for a refund. Prose Print then stated that I never responded to their "solutions" that they offered, however they never offered anything to me until I placed my review on this platform.

Disappointed
XXL Short sleeve shirt and hoodie run very small. Quality of hoodie seems cheap. Fabric of both items is stiff even after multiple washings.

THERE MAY HAVE BEEN AN ERROR IN OUR ORDER OR PERHAPS JUST THE LABELING WAS INCORRECT. WHEN WE RECEIVED IT, I USED THE ONLINE PORTAL, AND WAS SURPRISED AND DELIGHTED THAT A REAL PERSON RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. DETAILS WERE CLARIFIED, AND OUR CONCERNS WERE RESOLVED PROMPTLY. THE PRODUCT IS WELL MADE, AND THE SONG LYRICS WERE WELL CONVERTED TO TEXT. THIS WAS A GIFT FOR FAMILY AND IS TRULY UNIQUE AND APPRECIATED. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD VALUE EVEN WITH THE EXCHANGE AND DUTIES ETC. -100% SATISFIED CANADIAN CUSTOMER.

I paid the extra money to receive a cotton linen blend. They sent me polyester. I emailed customer service and they tried to gaslight me into saying the tag was wrong.
