My books published were less than satisfactory. My first book was published in the wrong size and my second book was just horrible. My Manager promised to rectify the issues, he then had a family emergency and left. I was finally assigned toSr. ConsultantAmazon | Marketing | Publishing | PrintingI have corresponded with both" and product manager s". I was then assigned to aSr. Publisher and the last time he reached out was in September. I have attempted several times to reach out to him with no response. My last attempt was in December with NO RESPONSE. If I didn't have business still tied up with them, I would move on to another company. I have yet to hear from anyone at PUBLISHING MOJO

HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.
HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME, but not the process. First off, I signed a deal with Amazonpublication.com to publish my first book, COBIE DUNNAVAN & the BOUGAAN ARTIFACT. This was on August 30th, 2023. For just a bit over $2K, I was promised my book would be published and I would be getting royalty checks around the holidays and certainly by the end of the year. So, guess where this is going.I am not a nieve person. but I can admit to being coerced a bit by the glitzy website, the close to 5 star rating and the trust pilot reviews I read. Then, after sending the first installment payment, my first 'publishing agent' or assistant, tried to up-sell me but failed. Then things bogged down; the deliverables were slow to arrive, and the expert advice I was to be given was nowhere to be found. And the mistakes in the deliverables were far more than grammatical errors here or there by me. But I will not go into detail, because if I did it would take several pages, I'm sure.So, after two failed attempts with two different assistants, and well into 2024, I was handed off to Oliver Grant. Oliver was very helpful and willing to give me the book I wanted, but it still took far too long in light of what I was originally led to believe.As Amazonpublication.com faded into the bushes, (their website down for maintenance and then disappearing soon after) I did some investigating. As a result, all that I can say--as I told Oliver--is that I don't not care if my book is being outsourced to another country, I just want my book published as I was promised; as I had been paying to have done. The company had quietly morphed into Publishing Mojo around this same time, which again enforced my belief that this is one giant offshore organization with many subsidiaries that pop up then fade out later in a pyramid-scheme type fashion.Although, I must give credit to Oliver for staying with me and promising to come through with a satisfying finished product. And he did. The first iteration I was not happy with, it being an 8 1/2 by 11" monstrosity which was fraught with errors and hard to read. But the second version, a 6 x 9, I was very happy with.I wish Oliver much success and thank him for doing the job and sticking with me, where an unscrupulous person or the company itself could've taken the money and ran. Oliver took some harsh words from me in stride, and always called back and assured me that things would work out. And I appreciated his patience in times that I had very little.15 months later, I do wish Oliver and his 'team' lots of success in the future, and hope that his company can strive to come through for first time authors like me. That they learn more about the needs of writers, the publishing business itself and make better recommendations and offer wisdom through experience and advice to all whom they work with, newbies like me or established authors.Sincerely,Randall Terrock

A nightmare
Sooner or later this company will disappear, they think people are stupid. I did a review before and the manager answered me. The same letter they send to everyone who complains. A very nice letter. Blah blah blah. But they don't do anything, just to pretend that they are interested in your case. But nothing is done, probably like the person mentioned in one of their reviews, laughing at you. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

Publishing Mojo tackled my small project, "Living In The Picture Box," with enthusiasm and accomplished getting my book published. If I could give Steve Alfonso and Publishing Mojo 1,000 plus stars I would do so, however, 5 stars is as high as the scale goes. Mr. Alfonso treated me with respect and got my book reformatted and reworked as necessary. I was impressed with his dedication and professionalism. Having endured a bad experience for five months with another company, Mr. Alfonso and Publishing Mojo were refreshing and positive. This is a not-for-profit book, proceeds going to an orphanage in Zambia. I look forward to working with Publishing Mojo for my future publishing projects.

Publishing mojo is a rip-off. I started a book project where they were the ghostwriter. They made a nice cover design, but they failed to follow my instructions from a questionnaire I filled out. Plus, they said they could revive my Amazon seller account, but they were unable to. I requested a refund several times and was finally supposed to get one of $1,500.00 but they said it would take 45 days. What a rip-off don't use them

When I first signed-up for PublishingMoJo, I was a bit skeptical. I had heard the "sales pitch" before from other companies that didn't produce any book sales. I was threatened, harassed and insulted by Kyle Thompson representative of Mojo publishing company in june of 2024 ,he charged me $1500 for the first part for publishing my book which was designed from scratch by myself and then I texted the my book cover to him just to be little bit modified professionally but he messed up my book cover that's why I lost my trust in him as well as Mojo publishing company completely and when i asked Kyle Thompson to give $1500 credit back to my account he gave me the hardest time of my life and he left a nasty profanity message on my wife's answering machine without any reason,I did officially complained it to customer support of Mojo Publishing company in june of 2024 and also included the disgusting voice mail Kyle Thompson had left on my wife's answering machine but I haven't still had any respond from Mojo Publishing company yet,now my objection is with Mojo Publishing company why should this company hire such uneducated and rude person in this professional company ,anyway I am on the verge of taking legal action against Kyle Thompson and Mojo publishing company for me and my wife going through pain and agony , thread , harassment and insults ,This is Sean Deram and today is July 20 ,2025 ,
